"Great property! Quick easy check in, clean spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath villa and great amenities including spacious well maintained pool with multiple slides, lazy river with floats, playground, hiking trail, kids club, and fire pits! I would definitely stay again."
"Check-in was smooth and quick, with a very friendly staff. Room service and food were top notch! The direct access to the River Walk was perfect and we used it all weekend. Same can be said about where on the the River Walk the hotel is located; restaurants, convenience shops, landmarks, nightlife etc. everything was within walking distance and we never had to take a ride-share. We will absolutely continue to book here when we visit San Antonio!"

"The room was clean. However, the lobby bathrooms were bad - toilet paper on the floor, none in several of the stalls, no seat covers. The mini fridge was too big for the compartment and was difficult to open and close. Could not log laptop to Wi-Fi, although I had no problem with my phone, only minor issues with my tablet. The printer in the business center was out of ink. Thankfully the desk clerk offered to print documents for me if I could email them to her "
"Horrible we drove 14hrs to Texas from Colorado we were exhausted to mention we have a newborn we night one we were woke up to remodeling in the next room so loud then tried to call for manger was told he wouldn't be in till Monday I asked to be moved to another room and was told there were sold out day 2 woke up to the door opening n closing and drills Horrible then we said ok let's go swimming we couldn't do that the pool was so disgusting
Did I mention the room was not cleaned well when we arrived the next day we had to wait a whole day to get our room cleaned we were the last room just Horrible by the way come Monday still couldn't talk to the manager Anthony he wasn't available ."
