The back cover of the remote was missing. No sleep timer. No towels or washcloths. No cups for coffee machine. The mirror next to door had smudges all over it. The floor had not been vacuumed. The light above the sink did not work. The cover had a big rip on the inside. Only 3 pillows for a king size bed. The door jams looked like they have never been cleaned. The drawer on the table next to the bed could not be opened. The table had no chair to sit in. had a musty smell in room. Asked about checking in a little early so I could change clothes for a graduation. Lady was rude and stated there was no way they could do that. Will not stay again. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

This place was simply terrible, that I don't know where to begin...constant trouble with keys, room smelled like sewer, only 2 towels, no trash cans in room, a/c not working properly, continental brkfst simply terrible, another person given the same room as mine that he walked into our room, and the evening staff not very helpful at all.

I'm giving everyone a fair warning, Do not stay here! When we arrived we had trouble with our keys my son had trouble with his keys and door. While we waited for that to get fixed 3 police cars arrived. Trouble at the property. And then they switched my son' to another oom and the lady tells him to grab the trash cans and the pillows cause the room I'm placing you in doesn't have that. While we are still having trouble with our key....we finally got that situated, we leave come back in the evening and as I'm sitting by the door and the door starts opening....they gave this man our room and when I go to the office the man that was trying to get into our room is there, she is telling him that I'm not in the system and I'm looking at her, what do you mean I'm not in the system then she tells me I'm in the wrong room, when the man leaves. How can I be in the wrong room, when the the woman from earlier opened the door for us! And then the trouble my son had when he came back to this place to go bed with his children, now that's another story and a bad review...This place is definitely not worth staying in. Unfortunately most of the other places we normally stay in were booked.

Don't go. Check out reviews in your maps app. It was the worst I've stayed in. 3 rooms booked and ALL had crazy gross issues. One didn't even have a working sink.

I requested clean towels at 9 am to person checking us in and the head of housekeeping. At 3 pm head if housekeeping came to check the room and I reminded him again that we needed fresh towels. At 4 pm I saw a housekeeper two doors down and told her we didn't need room cleaned but we did need clean towels. (We stayed in the same room 2 nights-2 reservations). As if 9:30 pm we still do not have clean towels. I will not be returning to this hotel again

No towels. Soaps and conditioners thrown on the counter terribly. Mini fridge doesn’t work and the microwave doesn’t work either. The grounds look dirty; there was people sleeping in their cars outside on the property. The lobby smelled like pee real bad in one area. The whole place just feels kind of sketchy. Ac was cold and beds appear to be clean… My family won’t be staying here next time we visit.

This property is not safe, we arrived and was told they had dropped my reservation?? I had already prepaid it, she fixed that and gave me a key to room 165 on the back side of all rooms, got in room and was just getting ready to go to bed and someone opens our door WITH A KEY??? The chain kept door from opening, i hollered at them, and startled them as well, I went outside and spoke to the couple and they had just be given the key to room 165 for them as well.. I checked the door to see if it would open without a key and it wouldn't..We put the big chair infront of door for the night.. next morning went to take a shower and the door to shower and toilet fell off of the hinges, just came out of the wall??? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL. Told the morning crew when leaving and they were not apologetic, or anything.. What a waste of Money on our part and I thought Windam properties were better than this?
