La habitación por la que pagué extra para que fueran 2 camas grandes, no estaba disponble por una aire dañado, así que terminamos usando una habitación con una cama queen y 1 pequeña

bed bags all over the beds tried 2 rooms. when asked for refund they refuse to get me the money back. the hotel smell like mold. don't get close to this hotel!!!

Our reception staff promptly offered alternative rooms when made aware of your discomfort.Regarding the mold smell, we follow strict cleaning and sanitization procedures. Room too small for 3 people but centrally located which was great. Had a hard time getting extra pillows , blankets and towels.

La ubicación es perfecta, queda cerca de los restaurantes y la zona de embarcación de tours. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero para una noche es buen hotel. El personal fue muy amable, no hay parqueo se deja frente al hotel y tienen cámaras.

This property is an excellent choice for cleanliness , location and the hot water shower is also a plus. Very strong controllable AC, with good US cable channels. Walking distance to the Malecon area. The pool was nice as well. I wish it had an in-room safe however no issues at all with safety. For the price and value, this is an excellent choice. The housekeeper Kathy was outstanding and provided above and beyond service for us.

This Hotel is not a five stars! My room was clean, hotel has a balcony so you can enjoy your stay on it, hotel don’t have parking space but you can park you car in the street if you using a car for transportation, hotel is close to Main Street and to Samaná Town activities!

They were not prepared, and didn’t even know how much i have to pay, they were trying to charge more! Room wasn’t ready so i took different room. It had really poor condition. not clean and the door of closet was almost broke. WIFI never worked. Signal was too weak to conect and even you get connection it never allowed me to get internet connection. Location is okay. But i won’t recommend this place to my friends

El hotel esta en punto céntrico, lo unico que considero que deben mejorar es que en las habitaciones tenga enchufe para poder conectar los celulares, porque particularmente mi habitación, solo tenía dos y estaban siendo utilizado por la tv.

La actitud de la encargada no fue muy amable desde un inicio. Me hicieron un cobro mayor al que había reservado, mostré mi aplicación con el importe a pagar y no les interesó revisar el motivo de la diferencia, solo solicitaron el método de pago. Posteriormente me comuniqué a Hoteles.com para revisar este tema y tuvieron que ponerse en contacto con el personal del hotel para pedir una explicación al respecto. El hotel argumentaba que la diferencia era por pago de impuestos municipales y eran cobrados a nombre de hoteles.com. Después de un par de horas cancelaron el cobro indebido que me habían hecho en un principio y al retorno del hotel me solicitaron el pago correcto de la tarifa reservada. Posterior a este suceso la encargada cambió su actitud hacia nosotros. En la línea de hoteles.com nos comentaron que ellos no autorizaban el cobro que se había hecho y que escalarían el tema. En las habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido porque tuve que salir a las 7:45 am a solicitarles de favor a una familia que bajaran el volumen de la voz y su hija estaba gritando y durante la noche se escuchaba a un infante llorar.

La cama es muy incómoda, se mueve demasiado. Una cama full para una pareja es muy pequeña. El papel tapiz del piso estaba despegado y faltaba una mesita de noche y cada quien quiere tener donde colocar sus cosas. Me hospedé en la habitación 3. Los recepcionistas, todos, excelentes.

El aire funcionó muy bien. Cama incomoda (incluso tenía arena) la colcha tenía mal olor. El baño se inunda de agua por la bañera. Los controles de la tv no funcionaban.

Es un lugar estratégico para conocer el centro de Samana y poder trasladarse hacia Las Galeras y de regreso pasar por uno de los tantos restaurantes o tomar un refresco frente a la Bahía. El hotel tiene 2 toma corrientes disponibles en la habitación, tiene jabón, toalla, TV, A/C, Piscina pequeña. Lo que no me gustó es que se meter mucho la luz por la puerta, sugerencia deberían apartar la luz a 1am

Lamentamos mucho que haya tenido un mal momento al inicio de su check-in, pero nuestro staff está entrenado a seguir los lineamientos de la administración concerniente a reservas donde las Tarjetas crédito han sido declinadas o por alguna razón no pasan la prueba de seguridad bancaria por parte de ellos , en su caso el sistema de expedía no actualizó la información en tiempo real y la recepción siguió protocolos establecidos . Le aseguro que compartire su opinión con el staff ya que es nuestro interés seguir mejorando y brindarles una grata experiencia cuidando cada detalle en cada estadía en nuestra casa, que sin lugar a dudas es su casa y como ha sido generación tras generación por más de 30 años. Agradecemos que haya regresado y se haya quedado con nosotros . Su opinión es vital para nosotros , y estaremos revisando su comentario junto al equipo de operaciones para así explorar dar mejor servicio en base a su observación. Casa Docia debe invertir en atención al cliente
Podría haber sido mejor no hay mini bar, toallas pésima calidad, no existe atención a satisfacer al cliente, falta medidas sanitarias, decepcionante, no volvería a ese hotel realmente debe mejorar.
