Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

No no no no nooooo just horrible
The first 2 days were ok, then my air conditioning did not work, they would not fix it or give me another room. Just horrible service and nobody cared. Just an awful hotel. The price was good however when its that bad not worth it at all.

Ótimo hotel na Barra.
Achei um hotel ótimo. Num localização perfeita em Salvador para quem busca ficar na Barra. Super indico único ponto de melhorias seriam o elevador que demora muito tanto para subir quanto descer. A chave de acesso ao quarto deu problema algumas vezes. Tenho que voltar na recepção pois não abria o quarto. E o café da manhã achei que poderia ter mais variedades de comida. De resto um ótimo hotel com funcionários super atenciosos e gentis.

Só vá se houver reparos e melhoras na avaliação.
A pior estadia possível. Cheguei a chorar de tanto esperar troca para um quarto com condições mínimas. Ainda assim sem ar funcionar e sem wi fi além de não funcionar chaves. Era para ser férias, foi caos. Tvs smart é muito difícil conseguir e se conseguir não funcionam. A chave de acesso ao quarto estava com leitor estragado e eram muitos hóspedes com mesmo problema. Wi fi? Piada. Não funciona nos andares altos. Lotação máxima e só dois elevadores para atender. Detalhe: cinco dias e somente no último houve conserto. Roupa de cama puída de tanto uso. Colchões péssimo e travesseiros idem sem falar q eram sujos, sem proteção além de lençol e fronha. Limpeza mínima. Culpa não é dos funcionários nitidamente sobrecarregados e tem boa vontade mas providências a nível de gerência...nem tentem...fazem você de tolo, não atendem nada. O hotel está ganhando colchões novos, trocou proprietário mas é a única mudança que percebi porque os mesmos problemas aparecem no hotel da rede em Natal. Merece uma estrela somente em razão da localização. A refeição oferecida sob pedido/demanda no bar da piscina é muito gostosa. O café da manhã é satisfatório mas mesas não são bem limpas e se prepare para filas. Deve ser ampliado o horário para atender o número de hóspedes. Troca de roupa de cama só a cada dois dias assim como toalha que só oferecem uma, numa praia é insatisfatório. Arrependimento define minha estadia.

Muito ruim eu não recomendo nem para meu inimigo
Hotel antigo, cama antiga e suja, ar condicionado antigo e não funcionava bem, para entrar no quarto precisava sempre chamar um funcionário porque a chave não estava magnetizada para o pleno funcionamento. Além disso o café é muito ruim até suco faltou e quando perguntei disseram que não tinha mais para fazer! A dica que eu dou para qualquer um que pensa em ir… não vá… vcs irão se arrepender. E se descer a escada cuidado para não bater a cabeça na parte superior

Fiz estadia no quarto para quatro pessoas. A leitora do cartão para acessar o quarto era sempre um estresse, dificuldade de leitura, o banheiro não tinha Box, ou seja, sempre alagado. Tive problema com ar condicionado que não comportava um quarto para 4 pessoas.

HOTEL ABANDONADO.
PESSIMO HOTEL. PESSIMO. COMPLETAMENTE ABANDONADO. NÃO VOLTAREI NUNCA MAIS. Exemplos: toalha só trocam dia sim dia nao. Lençol parece uma folha de papel. Não tem room service. Não tem nem água no frigobar. Café da manhã SUPERLOTADO. Piscina que só abre às 10 da manhã. Elevador que demora 2 horas para chegar, além de que parece que vai quebrar toda hora. MUITO VELHO. Subia de escada todos os dias. Ducha do banheiro pessima. Enfim, hotel não tem NADA de bom, só a localização. TRISTE.

Esse hotel tem uma ótima localização, um bom atendimento, a piscina é bem bacana tanto para criança quanto para adultos, a vista do terraço para a praia no por do sol é linda. Porem no quarto não funciona bem o wi-fi, o cofre estava sem porta e o banheiro é muito pequeno.

Hotel imundo com teias de aranha no quarto, móveis destruídos, colchão duro, foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida. Me cobraram mais de seis mil pra passar 4 noites no carnaval. Não volto lá e não recomendo a ninguém.

Excelente localização
A experiência poderia ter sido melhor em questões básicas como limpeza e higiene do quarto e das roupas de cama e banho que estavam encardidas. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito educados. Café da manhã bom e com variedade. O destaque positivo é pela localização. Mas sem dúvidas podem melhorar a limpeza e higienização das toalhas, mantas, cama etc.
