This place is a scam. The room we had cost $354.00 and was a small attic, with old cheap jungle stuff lying around. No AC, No windows that opened, and one window you can look out, nothing like the pictures showed, NOTHING. Breakfast was 45min late, in the morning we could not find anyone who we could speak with, that didn't need a translator app. This felt like a room where a John would take their trick, except as expensive as the Grand America. Horrible place.

The property is really neat with the different themed rooms. Overall, the hotel was great. But our shower kept the faucet running, so showering just wasted a ton of water. Our bathroom was an outhouse. For some reason, they cut a moon into the door and not cover it. You can look into the toilet while your SO uses it. Otherwise, it’s in a good location and really cute.

Romantic weekend stay.

We used to love love love this place but it has really gone down hill In recent years. Our stay this time the service was nearly non existent. We waited forever for someone to check us in and then breakfast the next morning never came. We finally called down after an hour and a half of waiting and nobody wa there. When we finally found someone they said there was a "issue" with breakfast. Not sure what it was. Maybe the cook quit? 😆not sure. But the room Was a little dirtier than I would have liked and the bed was super uncomfortable and it was very hot in the room. It's still a VERY cute and fun place to stay, the jetted tub was fun. but if you are looking for top notch service and superior comfort this is not the place.

Amazing front desk person

I had booked at the other anniversary inhotel.com. Said it had availabilities. I booked it before midnight I went to the wrong hotel. The woman at the front desk told me that my room was in another hotel and that hotel didn’t have anyone at the front desk now it’s after midnight She went out of her way called the other hotel thinking the manager wouldn’t even be there, but got through and rebooked me in her hotel kudos to her whoever she is she was awesome

Terrible Experience

it was a very disappointing experience. The room was filthy, freezing cold, and lacked basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. When I asked the front desk for soap, they gave me body lotion and told me to use it to wash my hands. The bathroom had a terrible odor, and despite contacting the manager, the service remained unhelpful. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was very informative and very nice. The themed rooms were fun. It was nice that they brought breakfast to the room, breakfast was just ok but better than a bowl of cereal. Had to find buttons on TV to change input to DVD, the remote didn’t work for that. I would recommend this to anyone for an adventure.
