This is not up to the same standards of other La Quinta properties. Kind of run down, not terribly clean, and cheap quality beds. Not terrible, but just average, and disappointing compared to other La Quintas I have stayed in.

The bathroom sink backed up in rm 329. The smokers area had a smoker post but it had 20 butts and a coffee cup and pop can laying near it

I have never complained about a property. I've stayed at this property of couple of times with no problem. This time. There was a problem. I had no Wi-Fi. My TV was messed up the telephone, didn't work? I only had one outlet. I could plug my phone in for charging. The other ones were completely shut down. The one lamp was jerry-rigged with electrical tape. I had 2 lights in the whole room.

I stayed here for two nights not once did they come to clean my room. They also never brought us towels we had to go ask for them. I also had a blood stain on my comforter. The hot tub was spraying cold out of the jets, and it was freezing cold. The front desk also said there was nothing they could do about it. Front desk also said there was nothing they can do to fix the coke machine and I still got charged for the drinks though it never vended anything for me. They just seemed like when we asked for things it was an inconvenience for them. So, I give this hotel a 2 star.

The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. The gym only had one equipment working. One of the bed light wasn’t working. Maybe it’s why the lodging price was cheap comparatively.

The shower had a broken faucet and every time we showered the water would change from hot to cold quickly. We went swimming and the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly.

We stayed last night before flying out back home and the property was safe and clean. Our room was nice and comfortable. It was in walking distance to get some thing to eat and there is shuttle service to the airport which was phenomenal. We did not have the same experience at another hotel that we stayed when we first arrived in Salt Lake City, so I would definitely recommend this if you are flying in or out of Salt Lake City airport

Everything was super clean and the staff was great! We were staying because our flight tipping canceled it to airport, and everybody was very accommodating! Definitely will use again when we’re back out that way.

The facility really needs updating. The dryer is on its last leg. They think one washer & dryer isn’t enough for the size of the facility. The staff is amazing they go above and beyond the call of duty.

We arrived late in the evening to a very busy front desk. A very rude and demanding client was thoroughly hasseling the receptionist ( Angelica?). She did a wonderful job handling his demands and attending to all the other patrons in line waiting to be checked in. He was quite aggressive and she held her own in a professional and firm demeanor. Give this gal a raise!!

It is a decent place to lay your head for the night, but there was issues with the keys for a lot of the people who rented the rooms. (I was in the lobby working and heard multiple people complain) I would recommend if your a heavy sleeper and are passing through
