“Nice hotel spoilt by charging guests for water”

Nice hotel, convenient for downtown. Some nice touches, complimentary morning coffee and early evening drinks. But having stayed in half a dozen hotels on our vacation this was one of only a few that did not have complimentary coffee in the lobby for hotel residents all day. Also why do corporate hotels like this charge guests for water. $6.50 a bottle! Why they can't provide water - which is of little cost but really appreciated in hot climates - instead of turning down beds is beyond me.
