They argued with me about by service dog, trying to charge a $40 fee. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10am but they ended food at 9. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

Good afternoon Austin, I was made aware of this situation this morning. The reason you were wrongfully charged the 40 pet fee is that a pet was reported in the room, we had no way of identifying it was a service dog since we weren't made aware of the pet at check-in, this is standard policy. we have issued the refund for the charge, I apologize we were unable to meet your expectations I hope you have a great day.

Hotel was easy to find, and had great parking. The staff was friendly and easy to help get checked in. The most frustrating part was that it’s a pet friendly hotel and dogs were barking at about 5:30am next to my room and would not stop for about 30-45 minutes. After a late night it was not how I wanted to wake up.

Quick overnight stay was comfortable for our family of six. We had 2 queen (comfortable!) beds and a pull out sofa in our room. Breakfast was nice and long hours from 6-10, grab and go pastries or hot options as well.

It’s okay place to stay the pillows had hair on them and so did the towels. For 197 a night it would of been nice to have clean pillows and towels!!!
