"The room was clean, but not appointed very nicely. the one chair had no arms and was frankly not comfortable. The bed was nice, and the pillows were very nice. The hot tub really helped my joint pain, but the floors were slippery and some of the metal covers nearby were corroded and rusty. The staff was a very nice young lady, or three of them in turn. All very nice. No complaints at al there. Breakfast was not great though. Bagels, cereal, fruits, so it was a "continental breakfast" whcih is fine except that the posting said free breakfast whic would typically contain scrambled eggs and sausage or some similar thing. Not here. Overall, I feel like they sort of "cheap out" where they can. I get that business is business, but if you want me happy the chairs need to have arms and the breakfast needs to have protein. Staff +=10 (very nice, very helpful). Room =7 (clean but thoroughly underwhelming and sort of small). Breakfast =3 (snack level only)."

"It’s a well maintained and well kept property in a busy area. Looks like the carpets and some other amenities were recently updated. There was plenty of parking and good selection of breakfast items. My room had a huge living area with double sinks and a jacuzzi tub in it. Overall a good experience - I feel it could be a little cheaper but it’s summer time."

"The staff was amazing all around, nice helpful etc. but the guy in the Lucky H bar put up with my boisterous family like a champ, he remembered our orders for like 15 people. just a star employee. nice lobby and cafe area, breakfast was great! the pools were awesome. and the rooms were spotless. 10/10 will be going again."

"Fire alarms went off about 7:40 am. Not a single hotel employee told people to get out, nor did anyone inform people what was going on. Everyone went outside standing there not knowing what in the heck is going on. I went and found a staff member (kitchen worker) she had no idea what was going on. People saw a firetruck go to the other side of the hotel and assumed they were leaving. So everyone went back inside the hotel without any knowledge of the problem. I went looking for a staff member again couldn’t find anyone. Had to go ask the firefighters if it was okay to which I was told it wasn’t a fire, rather a broken water line that was flooding the building. I understand this was a freak accident however NOT INFORMING YOUR GUEST OR MAKING SURE THEY GOT OUT OF THE BUILDING IS SIMPLY BULL CRAP. they clearly had ZERO training in the event of a Fire alarm going off. The safety of others was NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL. I will not stay here again, and want refunded for our stay. Major safety issues and violations."

"The hotel was beautiful and front desk staff was great. The food was mediocre and the wait staff in the bar have zero customer service skills and are rude. They huff and puff and roll their eyes when you ask for service. It ruined our experience at the hotel we once loved."

"Wonderful weekend stay at this property. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was generous and good options. Walkable to many sites. Would stay again."
