We want to thank you very much for your positive opinion about our clean and spacious apartments, all our apartments have been renovated lately. We are happy to hear that you perceived the beds as comfortable, they are from a very high quality, we think that the rest of our guests is one of the most important things. We want to thank you very much for the good opinion about our food at the pool bar. We would like to inform you that normally our bathrooms do not dispose of a window. There are some two-bedroom apartments that have a window in the bathroom but due to security reasons it is not possible to open it. We are very sorry to hear that you were missing mirrors in the bedrooms, we thought that one mirror in the bathroom and one in the hallway are sufficient, we regret to hear that you found this insufficient. The apartments with the most sun on their balconies will be the superior apartments, maybe it is an idea to upgrade if you are going to stay with us in the future. We are very sorry to hear that you perceived the sun loungers as uncomfortable. Some guests think there are not enough sun loungers and you think there are two much, we want that all our guests have the opportunity to visit the pool area and have a sunbed at their disposal. We are going to consider your opinion about the small tables in the pool area for next season. We are very sorry to hear that our breakfast didn´t meet up with your standards, we offer a continental buffet and of course some products that are typically for our area, the food is always fresh and prepared that same morning. You are completely right we are orientated on families, one of our mottos is that if the children are happy the parent will be happy. We are very sorry to hear about the problems you had with the drain of the shower, we had some other complaints about this matter, we are checking all the drains at the moment to have our bathrooms in perfect condition for next season. We would like to inform you that the cleaning of the apartments and the change of towels are carried out twice a week. We offer extra service paying a small supplement. Good morning, First of all thank you, your opinion is good to improve our quality. We are really sorry about the inconveniences caused by the noise of the railway track. We have a total of 90 family apartments and 30 of them are on the side of the railway track, when we are fully booked we have to dispose of those rooms. We have also 55 totally renovated superior pool view apartments, but they have an extra cost. We assign the rooms on reference of the booking date. The next time what you can do is make a request and specially book early. We have also the superior apartments. Have a nice day!

Apprécié Fatou,Nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre séjour dans notre établissement et le temps consacré à donner un avis, car il nous est très utile pour une amélioration continue et votre entière satisfaction est notre objectif premier.Nous regrettons de ne pas considérer la fréquence de nettoyage comme suffisante. Nous sommes un appart-hôtel 3 étoiles, nos conditions générales pour ce que nos clients paient sont que l'appartement sera nettoyé avant l'arrivée de chaque client, un nettoyage d'entretien sera effectué et les serviettes seront changées deux fois par semaine, et un changement de draps une fois par semaine. Évidemment l'appartement a été livré parfaitement propre, et nous regrettons de ne pas avoir expliqué les options que vous aviez à la réception, en tout cas ces politiques sont bénéfiques pour économiser les ressources tant pour le client que pour l'environnement.Nous essayons de faire de notre mieux, mais dans tous les cas si pour votre confort vous préférez plus de régularité dans le ménage nous vous proposons des changements de draps, de serviettes, et un ménage supplémentaire en payant un supplément à la réception de l'hôtel.Nous espérons vous recevoir à nouveau lors d'occasions futures.
