Great welcome after a difficult day
After a long day we got a lovely, friendly welcome. Even though the hotel didn’t have a restaurant we had a great meal and wine with a relaxed atmosphere.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. When I asked if there might be a hiking trail nearby, the woman who was working that afternoon got out a detailed map and showed me multiple wonderful places to go right from the doorstep of the hotel. More significantly, the wonderful man who was setting up the breakfast on the day we departed was extremely responsive and kind when he understood that I had locked myself out of our room. Even though it was absolutely not his responsibility (because the front desk was not yet open, and he was just doing breakfast), he immediately helped me. Someone else on the staff set up taxis to take my husband and son to the airport. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bedding and towels were bright white and nice. We slept with the windows open every night and it was lovely and so peaceful - no traffic or other noise, despite how it looks on the map (because the highway nearby is actually underground at that point). The restaurant right next door is innovative and has good food and nice service as well. The setting is unbeatable - just absolutely stunningly gorgeous. A 10-20 minute walk uphill brings you to sweeping views of Geneva, Lake Geneva, and the Alps. Thank you for hosting us!

It was very quiet considering it is on a busy road. There are a few lovely walks nearby, which was nice after a long day of driving. The restaurant nearby was closed and all the hotel offered was a charcuterie board so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was offered for 13 euros, which seemed on the expensive side. I skipped it. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, especially with information about how to get the Swiss vignette that's required for driving on Swiss highways.

The food is limited because there is no restaurant in hotel Rey. In order to provied a solution to guest who don't want to go out again, and after to have suggested few restaurants around,we propose a small menu with snacking food. I regret this was not appreciat. The wifi is provided by fiber 20 mega, wicht is a pretty good wifi power. We also have a second wifi network inpublic area. When you will have to stay here again, we will be pleased to welcome you.

There was a mix up, my fault, with the first night. A delightful young women helped us find another place AND sold two desperate, tired American Seniors a bottle of wine to take with us. We returned the next night to a beautifully clean and relaxing room? Would go back and hope to stay longer.

Nice hotel...
We found the staff in the hotel to be lovely and the breakfast to be lovely, however whilst the room was adequate for four people it was quite cosy. The room had a fan which we put on a chair infront of the window to encourage some air into the room as it was incredibly hot - really could have done with an air conditioning unit (appreciate that this season has been very hot!) The best bit was the Michelin star restaurant that is right next door to the hotel, food was lovely and really appreciated after a very long day on the road, would stay at the hotel again for the restaurant!

During an exceptional long lasting heatwave like we had this August, we understand that air conditioning would be more appreciated than the fan. Im sorry for mistaking the hotel with a different one. The INTER-HOTEL is a great hotel I would recommend for anyone. The room was clean and the service we got was exceptional. we actually got a personal explanation and tour from our host :) thank you once again!

Worst hotel in my 17 days travel in Europe
No AC so hot could not sleep. When I checked in the staff told me kids need pay full price for breakfast I said I will not have breakfast in hotel then next morning another staff said kids pay discounted price. Location is far. I rented a car in Italy. When I drove back to Switzerland need pay CHF40.Braekfast had nothing to eat. Meat was smelly. Yogurt was expired.

Great location if you have your own transportation. Stayed the night after driving in from the Riviera and before catching a flight out of Geneva the next day. Had a room with two beds which was perfect for my family. No air conditioning, so if you like your rooms cold in the summer you might not be comfortable. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Off D1201in Saint-Blaise, and easily found with Google Maps. 45 minute drive to GVA French Sector.

Do not consider unless have own transport.
Extremely difficult to get to even with GPS. Do not even consider unless one is driving own vehicle. Over 20KM from Geneva airport and might get stopped at France border as the hotel is in France. Good for an overnight stay but would not recommend longer than that. No air conditioning so can get uncomfortable if temperature outside is more than 80's

Good Stop Over in rural location.
One night stopover when travelling from Geneva to Grenoble. Hotel staff really helpful and provided instructions via text message in case my arrival be delayed beyond 22:30. This simple act allowed me to relax knowing that I wouldn't be locked out! On arrival the reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast is a simple continental affair, but perfect for my need to grab and dash in the morning. Really happy and will use this hotel again.

Nice hotel, we stayed as a stop over to break our journey up It looks like it was built in the 1960's and could do with a bit of freshening up for the decor, but the hotel served its purpose as far as we were concerned so were happy with it. It has a tennis court and a swimming pool, so well worth its 3 star rating, breakfast was nice. The staff were very friendly.

Great choice for a relaxing place to stay.
This was the perfect hotel for us to stay at while exploring the area and visiting Geneva, Switzerland. The staff is amazing. Very helpful, courteous and speak multiple languages. They only serve breakfast, but meals can be found with their help. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and absolutely hope to do so. The surrounding area is gorgeous.

It's a nice hotel.. The reception treatment was fantastic, helpful.. The weather was cold so we didn't swim in the pool.. After the breakfast, we set in their yard having coffee, enjoying the view Also, there is a mall 4 min driving

Wonderful Hotel!
At first we were a little taken back. But it turned out to be a fantastic place to stay for three days. The setting is a bit rustic but charming. The staff is most helpful and kind. The room is on the smaller size for big people used to the large size of suites in the USA but is larger than the typical European rooms. We really liked it and will stay there again in the not too distant future.
