The best resort I have ever stayed in! During checkin we mentioned that we were having a terrible day because our flight got delayed and basically missed out on a whole day at the resort and the receptionist upgraded us to the royal suite which was AMAZING! Beautiful room we did not want to leave. The whole property is just so beautiful and felt so serene.
Very nice resort. It has everything u wouldn't need to go out. Service and staff r great. Food is okay with some restaurants better than others within the hotel
The employees are extremely unprofessional and treat guest rudely. They even fight among themselves.. very negative energy

The hotel canceled my reservation 5 hours before I arrived to the hotel when I asked why my reservation is canceled they claimed that because my name is Egyptian and I’m not American so they canceled my reservation. I can’t believe what I heard from the hotel. This is discrimination and I’m Egyptian/American. Yes I’m African American and I am proud to be Egyptian and American. I’m very disappointed of the owner of the hotel Mr. Kamel abu Aly and I think his Egyptian too. I have lost $700 For business air fair with Egypt Air.

Personal an der Rezeption mit unzufriedenen Gesichtern 24 Stunden!
In keinem anderen Hotel in Ägypten habe ich jemals eine solche Einstellung gegenüber Gästen an der Rezeption erlebt wie in diesem Hotel!
Unterkunft ist super mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht.
Alles top sauber und alle freundlich. Essen war auch super.Unterkunft ist außerhalb , aber man kann ein Taxi im Hotel buchen.
Traumhafte Anlage!
Das Essen ist wenn überhaupt für ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Das Preis Leistungverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.

Strand och snorkling var bra. Rummet var stort och luftigt. Maten var bra, det fanns alltid något att äta. Det var många trappor att gå i på detta ställe, så det kanske inte passar rullstolsburna personer. För oss var detta hotell för stort, det var lite opersonligt.

Sehr gutes Restaurantkonzept (A la carte & Buffet, dazu separat Bars und Cafés), stets freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, herrliche Lage direkt am Meer mit Möglichkeit zum Schnorcheln direkt am Strand, leider etwas außerhalb aber Ausflüge sind immer mit organisiertem Transfer

Beautiful place, amazing facility, very friendly staff and good food, especially thinking that it is be an all inclusive hotel.
Bit please, do not call the "Italian restaurant " Italian, very bad amd nothing was evem close to Italian kitchen.
