Classy 5star hotel with well educated and trained friendly personal . Very hight level 5 start hotel. All details were looked at. Housekeeping was excellent I must say and absolutely amazing. Also Plenty of food selections. This good 5 start hotels. No complains. One of the best hotels in Gstaad. The pool area was good as well. Front desk personal effective and service minded. We stayed 5 nights.

Beautiful hotel
From the hot chocolate as a welcome drink by the fire to the Afternoon tea on the day of our departure, our stay at this hotel was just perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is just gorgeous, with stunning flower arrangements throughout. My absolute favourite is the delightful wallpaper in The Lounge.

Everything was perfect until the time of leaving, very early: 05:20 13/3/20. A take away breakfast had kindly been arranged for ny train journey to Geneva. Sadly it was not prepared for me to collect at the AGREED time. I had a train to catch; I couldnt wait beyond 05:26. I wasnt very happy at all.

Great location, above excellent service, and so many amenities on site that we almost didn't want to leave the building. The expansive spa, quality restaurant, and lounge music were all nearly equally top notch. Though I guess I'd give it to the spa in a tie-breaker.

Grand Dame classic, now fully updated and sparkli
I read about the new spa at this hotel and decided to give it a shot. I was really blown away! Yes, the spa was fantastic and the treatment excellent but what really impressed me was the warm service. I am not used to this in Swiss hotels. It was so personal, so caring and so welcoming--without ever being annoying. Zero hassle, everyone solving problems and making the stay lovely. If you appreciate excellent service that is warm, you will like this place.

Could not have friendlier staff ... from Olivier who greets you to Isabel in the awesome spa and Laurent waiter in the petit chalet ... and all the others in hotel .... Excellent !

Superlative on all counts
The hotel is superlative on all counts -- impeccable service, attentive staff, beautifully decorated facility, ultra-luxurious spa. We were met at the front door by a staff member who knew that we had booked that very day. During our check-in, we were offered an incredibly refreshing tea. Charmingly unstuffy, the hotel is beautifully decorated. The reception and quiet rooms filled with plush sofas and chairs invites guests to relax. Our guest room had an exceedingly comfortable mattress and bedding. The espresso maker was a lovely touch and the balcony. . . Time spent at the spa, a joy. . . Top notch on every count. We also ate dinner at the restaurant, where again the personal service was impeccable. The owner and manager is particularly charming, giving all his guests personal attention. Loved it!

Fabulous hotel with outstanding service!
My husband and I arrived at this hotel after a major hike around Mt. Blanc. We were worn out from treking 100 miles through the Alps. This hotel provdied a wonderful antidote to our fatigue. The Grand Bellevue is beautiful -- the main building is not the standard prolific Swiss Chalet -- with a lovely park in the front. It was renovated recently by the new owner whose wife, an interior designer, has gorgeous taste with a penchant for both elegance and whimsy. The furnishings are somewhat traditional but with intriguing modernist touches.The welcoming public spaces are quite roomy yet intimate. The spa is fantastic and very large with many different steam baths and saunas and a spectacular swimming pool with accompanying jacuzzi. The jets on the jacuzzi were incredible. By the end of the week, I almost felt ready to walk the Alps again! Many massages and other treatments were available. The gym was well-equipped and there was a Pilates studio with first rate equipment also as well as a very large relaxation room with recliners and individual water beds. The main restaurant was wonderful. I believe it has a Michelin star. Dinner was amazing but breakfast (which was included in the room rate) was absolutely fantastic. The best thing about the hotel however was the incredible service. The guest is made to feel very special and catered to immediately upon his or her appearance. I only wish I had more space to praise all the wonderful amenities. I would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful amazing place to stay. Food was good. The views from the window is just what you need in the morning. The lobby seating areas are well designed but we couldn't sit there as it seems that they allowed dogs their and it didn't smell good at all. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The spa was lovely with lots of different saunas etc, very relaxing and the location is splendid, in lovely surroundings. However we were less impressed by some other details. The hotel tried to do something romantic for us as it was our honeymoon, putting some rose petals in the bath, but they were synthetic so bled colour in the bathwater without the perfume. We would have preferred a double bed with one duvet rather than two. Finally, the dinner was beautifully presented but lacked depth of flavour in some dishes and there were extras which were not needed in others. In short, nice but not quite as good in the details.

Bel hôtel, mais pas bon rapport qualité - prix ! Déçu par le restaurant ! Nous avions le repas du soir compris dans le prix de la chambre. Le menu du jour, compris dans le prix de la chambre, ne proposait rien pour les végétariens. Surprenant pour un hôtel 5*! On nous a proposé la carte du bar !!! Ou le menu surprise ! La surprise était le supplément à payer pour un repas très moyen et pas digne de ce genre d hôtel ! Ce qui n est pas précisé lors de la réservation, c est que le prix du menu du soir est pour 3 plats ! On nous demande si l on désire 3 ou 4 plats sans vous parler du supplément à payer ! Nous étions dans le chalet à côté de l hôtel. La chambre est agréable, très bonne literie et le balcon est sympa.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Schönes und ruhiges Hotel. Frühstück in Coronazeit sehr gut organisiert, d.h. top Service direkt am Tisch anstelle Buffet. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Hübsches Hotel zum Entspannen :)
Ich habe meinen Geburtstag im Le Grand Bellevue verbracht und es war alles perfekt. Unser Gepäck wurde uns vom Parkplatz aus abgenommen, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst und willkommen geheissen. Das Check-in war schnell erledigt & wir wurden auf unser Zimmer geführt. Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch, hatte genügend Platz und ein wahnsinniges Badezimmer. Ein Traum. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, mein Rücken konnte sich gut entspannen. Die Massage, welche ich im Wellnessbereich gebucht habe war auch sehr schön. Ich fühlte mich während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer wohl und willkommen.

Ein Top Hotel mit Charme
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem frisch renovierten Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer ("Chic") war sehr gross und war ein sog. "Turmzimmer". Es war sehr hell und freundlich. Wir kommen wenn wir in Gstaad wieder einmal sind (Wir kamen für den Swiss Open Final) in dieses Hotel...

Hotel precioso en mismo Gstaad y a 5min del tren
Muy buena acogida, la habitacion preciosa y muy limpia, la comida riquisima (el cocinero es estrella michelin). Buenisima localizacion y para esquiar tienes todas las facilidades: alquiler de material en propio hotel, te llevan al teleferico y te vienen a buscar cuando les llamas. Y ¿que mejor q ir al spa despues de larga jornada de ski? Muy recomdable!!!
