This hotel is very affordable. The property is clean, safe, quiet, and very close to Phuket airport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provide pick up drop off to Phuket airport. I would recommend this hotel to friend and family.

Although it is conveniently close to the airport, and our rooms were clean, we had a hard time breathing in our hotel room due to the mildew. We tried telling them about this issue, but instead, the gentleman that worked at the front desk only opened our balcony door and insinuated that it was probably coming from our suitcase as to why the room smelled the way that it did. There was also a language barrier, which I didn’t mind… but wasn’t expecting to get disrespected in the process. We checked out of the hotel that very night and went elsewhere.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The driver who picked me up from the airport is good. All staff in the hotel are so kind, helpful and polite. The room I stayed is huge, very clean. This budgeted hotel is excellent. Food are also delicious

Nice hotel but here are better options
A nice well positioned for the airport hotel. The room was well furnished and comfortable. Check in was slow but friendly however, Lex on reception was amazing she managed Rude, Obnoxious & Abrasive all at the same time, Suggest more customer service training required, Much More. The same can be said for the night manager who isn't to happy to be disturbed when he's sleeping on the lobby sofa, even if it is 7am. I wouldn't stay here purely because of the poor service.

The hotel and rooms were clean, spacious and very well priced. Ideal for a late arrival or early departure. Staff were very friendly, make sure you book the shuttle otherwise you wait a while at the airport!

if you're thinking of booking the pool view, bear in mind that your room door would be a sliding see through door. it's would not be your normal hotel room door with an electric lock

The Bell is small but immaculately clean. The area is very quiet so it really doesn’t matter where your room is situated. The pool is small but is in beautiful condition. Perfect for a few nights at the beginning or end of your trip

We travelled by bus from Phuket’s Patong Beach and the Smart Bus driver stopped at the entrance road leading to the Bell Airport Hotel. The hotel facilities are very modern and our large bedroom was comfortable with a small fridge, kettle, secured safe, two bottles of water and coffee/tea and other amenities. The swimming pool was wading depth and clean with several patio lounge chairs, umbrellas, three bean bag chairs and several small tables and chairs off some first floor patios. The optional restaurant breakfast menu was 150 baht and offered several breakfast choices and had very reasonable dinner and drink prices. The location was a 15-20 minutes walk past a mini mart and thru a large local market that sold clothing, shoes, fresh fish, vegetables and a variety of ethnic meals on our walk to Nai Yang Beach. The free airport hotel shuttle was about a five to ten minute drive to the Phuket Domestic/ International Airport. A nice modern and comfortable hotel that is easily accessible to the main road going to either Nai Yang or Phuket’s Patong Beach or the Phuket airport. A well priced hotel if booked in advance but found it expensive if trying to book the Bell Airport Hotel at the last minute on the arrival day.

Room was clean. There's a walkable grocery store and a few local food shops nearby too. But there are tiny flying bug and spiders on the walls. They mostly stayed high above the celing n i saw a few ants in the bathroom crawling around. Yuck. They need to be constantly be spraying for bugs after every guest come on. Other than that the room was nice. I booked the room by the pool which is actually kinda awkward because when i came back from my trip someone was siting in the chair right by my door smoking which im positive is supposed to be a private seating for me. But unfortunately the staff seemed nice in the beginning but when i came back fom my tour they did not clean my room at all. The guy at the desk was arguing with me about how the cleaners leave at 4pm. As ifhad anything to with why they didnt clean my room. After 7 minutes of going back n forth he was like you didnt put up your sign. Like huh? Why would that automatically read don't clean my room though. The sign says clean on one side and dont on the other but if no sign is place you always clean anyways. This is hotel etiquette 101. Very few hotel do this but when they do if you dont put up your sign they still clean anyways. The plan is to always clean until guest says explicitly not too. That just pissed me off. P.s. my room by the pool doesnt even have a nob or anything to even hang the tag off of. I literally have to put in on the nearby table or floor. Like really. At least the hotel is close to the airport

Nay picked us up from the airport. He was right where he said he would be when he said he would be there, very professional. The checkin was quick and easy. The room and the whole resort was clean and well maintained. The pool area was great. Breakfast had some nice choices and was very fresh and good. We would stay here again.

The property and room themselves were wonderful, we were picked up from the airport with no hassle and kindly helped with our bags up to our room. The bed was large and comfortable, even though it was on the firmer side of mattresses. There was one bottle of water each in the fridge which was a nice touch, but there was no where else to fill up water after you had drunk that. The AC unit in our room w a incredibly loud and made clunking noises all night which made it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was basic but nice enough. We did not use the pool ourselves but it looked clean and well looked after

The Bell was in reasonable distance from the airport. The room was clean and cool. There was plenty if space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The breakfast was v nice. We would stay there again.

I liked the property but the manager overcharged my trip to town , paid it anyway. Checking in he also tried to charge me for reservation I already paid for in advance. Out tv wasnt working and took 3 days for them to fix it. The other staff was friendly and cleaned room nice. Property was clean and quiet.

The Bell Airport Hotel exceeded expectations. There was a mixup at the airport that caused a delay for me to exit. The driver arrived and waited for me. I truly appreciated it. The room was more than spacious and comfortable. Room service was prompt. Food was delicious. Highly recommend The Bell Airport Hotel in Phuket.

에어컨 빼고는 다좋았어요
몇일 있었는데 , 나중에 에어컨 안되는데도 된다고 별 문제없다고 전 하나도 안시원한데요,결론은 두시간있다 바뀌주더라고요 308호, 에어컨 교체해야할듯요 그거빼놓곤 다좋았어요 조식두, 마트 접근성도 바로 위에 현지인 음식점까지요
