We enjoyed our stay in Rovinj and room was sufficient. The location was good and was walkable to old town in and fairly quiet. We wish we had upgraded from a std room to a bigger room as room very small and no kitchen or breakfast facilities. fairly modern and recently renovated. We left our car 5 minute walk away at a carpark for 10 euros per day. owners very friendly and good stay.

The staff was really exceptional as well as the communication . Wonderful balcony , very roomy . Great bathroom . Good location . Only problem , two large construction projects across the street. But work stopped fairly early in the so fine if u are out and about .

Everything was amazing , location comfort check on friendly helpful guide to the city. Even the parking was easy with the shuttle. We just couldn’t connect with the hotels via the app before checking in so that needs improvement. And there was a kettle to boil water in the room but no tea or instant coffee in the room. All the rest was perfect !

Schöne, sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wenige Minuten zur Altstadt und Marina zu Fuß, tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände. Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Deluxe-DZ ist etwas klein für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Leider kein Frühstücksangebot, obwohl Frühstücksraum vorhanden. 2 Nahversorger in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Aangename verrassing
Na drie weken camping en een regenbui op komst met veel wind en onweer besloten een dag eerder in te pakken en een appartement voor 1 nacht te huren. Heerlijk in de airco. De slaapbank in het appartement was wel wat wiebelig en nogal wat kuilen. Voor de rest een heerlijk appartement en prima als je inhet centrum wilt vertoeven. Daarnaast een ectra service door je vanaf een prive parkeerplaats te vervoeren naar het appertementen complex.

房間較小，且先要到另外一地點reception(avior holidays)登記入住。他們會用哥爾夫球車載你到住處。 Residence距離old town 有十多分鐘步程，沿途可以欣賞海景。亦有很多餐廳及食物選擇。

Localización perfecta para visitar rovinj. El baño estaba muy limpio y bien preparado. Además nuestro apartamento tenía una terraza muy cómoda. Los chicos de la recepción nos ayudaron en todo.

A brand new apartment in the best area of Rovinj, just near the main beach. A comfortable process of check-in — you leave the car at the reception center then you are driven to the property. The price of parking is lower than public parking in the city.

Nous avons effectué un séjour d’une nuit du 4 au 5 août 2022. Rovinj vaut définitivement le détour, vieille ville absolument magnifique, l’un de nos coups de cœur! Positif: - emplacement acceptable - propre - service courtois Négatif: - peu de services (restaurants et autres) à proximité - pas de réfrigérateur, seulement un refroidisseur qui maintient à température pièce, très peu pratique - pas de machine à café dans la chambre - chambre étroite - arrivée complexe dû au fait que la réception se trouve sur un autre site ( service de navette disponible) Attention: l’option chambre avec balcon ne vient pas d’office avec une terrasse tel qu’illustré dans les photos. Nous avons été déçu à ce niveau.

Es war ein sehr schönes Gebäude. Wir hatten ein 1 Zimmer Appartement was wir zu 2 nutzen durften. Der Platzt hat gereicht. Man war innerhalb von 5 min Am Meer. Restaurants gab es auch in der Nähe. Alles in allem würde ich dort wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Stadtzentrum und man kann von dort aus den Hafen sowie einige Restaurants zu Fuß schnell erreichen. Ein weiteres großes Plus des Appartements ist, dass Cafés wie Bäcker, Bipa, Konzum ebenfalls in 2-3 Minuten für Einkäufe nutzen kann. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass durch die Lage sowie die Substanz des Baus Lärm eine Rolle spielt. Wer leicht empfindsam auf Lärm (von umliegenden Cafés, knarrendes Holz-Stiege) reagiert, hat hier definitiv- zur eingehenden Erholung im Urlaub- Oropax im Reisegepäck eingepackt.
