I stayed at the Grand Park a few years ago and it was superb. It feels like the customer service in the hotel has gone drastically downhill since 2019. Staff communication was poor, and staff were noticeably disorganised - particularly the valet who misplaced my keys several times before bringing through the wrong car. It’s a shame, because everything else about this hotel is wonderful.

Top 5 in the World!
We've travelled around the world and stayed at many spectacular hotels This hotel is the most comfortable, most creatively designed, most ideally situated, highest level of service imaginable and worth every amount of money they charge to stay. Le Sirenuse in Pasitano doesnt hold a candle to this property. Thank you to the entire staff for your imessurable hospitality and comfort.

Spectacular hotel with great service and food.
Such a beautiful hotel build in a wonderful setting. Surrounded by pine forest, lavender and wild flower beds with spectacular views of the church tower and the old city of Rovinj. Service is very good and food is delicious. The best hotel in Rovinj.

The best hotel in Rovinj
Excellent, new hotel that is modern with amazing pools, spa and restaurants. The breakfast restaurant is extremely well done. There is a boat that can take you to a beach club area with full service (food, bar, towels, etc). Very clean and in close walking distance to the old town.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It’s amazing!
Absolutely amazing hotel and the food was out of this world. Spa treatments were way too expensive but the use of all the free parts of the spa and the pool were fantastic and so clean. The rooms all had fantastic views but we paid a bit more for the sea view and private plunge pool. However the heating was broken so we just couldn’t get in which did spoil it a bit. We paid more for that so it was a bit disappointing but the facilities and service from the staff was exceptional!! Rovinj itself was so scenic and romantic and the hotel gave you free use of cycles so we took them out for the day. Beautiful shallow bays for swimming etc. we went in October and still 22 degrees everyday. Didn’t want to come home. They even gave me a bottle of Prosecco and a happy birthday plate with macaroons on for my 50th birthday while we were there. A lovely touch. The hotel is very posh but we didn’t feel uncomfortable as it was very relaxed and people from all walks of life were there. Mind you we did turn up in a Kia Rio hire car next to the Porsches and Teslas!! Will be returning that’s for sure!

As good as the TV programme!
Loved everything about the hotel. Upon check in we arrived early so our room was not ready but they kindly allowed us to have breakfast and use all the hotel facilities. The gym and pool were great and well staffed. Breakfast buffet was a real hit with the family. At the end of our stay the hotel kindly transferred us and our luggage to the Old Town.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. Fantastic view of the old town and only a 10 minute walk away. Staff were excellent. Hotel restaurants were superb. Would I recommend Grand Park - yes Would I go again- in a heart beat.

The Grand Park is a fabulous hotel, an architectural masterpiece, that nestles seamlessly into the Rovinj coastline. A great deal of money has been spent on this hotel and it shows. The good…. Absolutely beautiful pools, and plenty of good quality sun loungers. Its harbour location is just a 10 minute stroll to the old town. The staff - lots and all very helpful. Fantastic, inclusive, breakfast - wonderful selection available. Secure, free, underground parking Excellent WiFi in all areas of the hotel Brilliant bathrooms with the best EVER shower. The could do better (would have made 5 stars if not for these)… My husband and I are keen cyclists and were delighted to discover that Rovinj is a cycle-friendly town. The bikes for hire (free) from the hotel are old and poorly maintained. We had two cycling trips, on each occasion there were issues with both bikes - chain came off, gears skipping, kick stand fell off, calliper brakes so noisy that a bell was unnecessary, rusty sharp front basket that could snag a bag or even worse, skin! Hence there was a degree of jeopardy when taking these bikes out - we would have preferred to have paid for better quality bikes. A minor gripe, but the cheap looking, and uncomfortable, rattan furniture used on the private balconies and scattered around the hotel jars with the overall luxury feel of the hotel.

4 unforgettable days in Rovinj
Excellent hotel in stunning location with view on the picturesque old town of Rovinj. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the choice is very broad. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and so is the bathroom. We also used the Spa offer which was excellent quality - the pools are fabulous. We booked dinner in the signature restaurant Cap Aureo focusing on local products - an unforgettable experience. We have enjoyed our stay a lot - one of the best hotels we have been so far. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel,location, cust servs. Almost perfect.
Lovely hotel and lovely people with great Customer Service. Special shout out to Daril. She could not have been more helpful in her customer relations role. It is expensive and not quite yet a perfect 5 star hotel. Location in beautiful Rovinj fantastic. Basically some of the initial Italian styled fixtures and fittings, are great to look at, but not always with guest functionality in mind. Small points but they do add up. Shower, cant fault lovely. Balcony great. Make sure you choose a sea view. Great views. Bathroom, non movable double tap basin.[should have been flexible to allow easy clean off of basin, Or added in a 3rd flexible for that.] Bed, comfortable. We had a 12 year old with us and that added a single bed for him no problem. TV reasonable set of channels, but did expect more sport and other English sub title channels at least. Also disappointed they did have the 4 Russian propaganda channels though?? TV cabinet and wardrobe, limited space really to get all clothes out for the week and awkward sliding door systems. Kept getting the way. Rooms are cleaned/checked twice a day and complimentary water daily. Fantastic great choice breakfast.

An Elevated Experience
Grand Park Hotel was the perfect place for our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly courteous and professional. There was always someone available whenever we had a question or needed something and everyone was always open and flexible in making sure our needs were met. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The architecture and design really set this hotel apart and set you up for a very unique and elevated experience. The views (from literally anywhere in the hotel) are also in incredibly breathtaking, offering sweeping views of Rovinj's Old Town as well as the Adriatic Sea. Would highly recommend for anyone who values exceptional service and a plethora of luxurious amenities and services.
