The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. If we had known the truth on day one we would of moved to another location. Although they did give us additional points the disappointment of our child each day waiting to swim made our stay less than steller.

Was an old property, the comforter had a couple of 1 to 2 inch bloodstains on it. they did change it out for us, but it should have been discarded instead of being washed, dried and put back into circulation. Phone didn't work and the chair and ottoman were coming apart at seems, but you could tell it was from its age. Staff was friendly, just wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and got us checked in two hours early. The downside was the room didn’t feel super clean and there were some hairs in the shower. The beds were extremely comfortable and were the best part of the room. Room stayed nice and cool the entire time. The free breakfast was a great perk.

Elevator was out of service. We had to take our luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was horrible. Our room did not have a good cleaning before our stay. We found a e cigarette that was not out on the side of the bed. No towels to wash our body and the towels to dry our bodies were all stained with yellow spots. There was no sheets on the pull out bed. And when we went to ask for some they claimed they had none. We booked that room specifically because it had a pull out and couldn’t use it because it was disgusting

The room was very musty because housekeeping did not show up to empty the trash, clean or vacuum we had to tell them to come in and empty the trash after we had been out the whole day. Elevator was not working we had to use the stairs for the 5 days very unacceptable. I got two rooms the second room smelled very dirty but they did exchange for another room so that was good. Restroom is out of date as well shower head was stuck to the wall could not adjust at all. Staff was nice but would not answer the phone when we called the front desk. Would not stay with Staybridge again

Había mucho polvo en las alfombras del cuarto, cortinas, y en muebles, faltaba limpieza en la habitación, NO FUNSIONA EL ELEVADOR, no había personal para subir las maletas al cuarto, no hicieron la limpieza en la habitación, ( solo cambiaron un día las toallas y sacaron la basura del baño) aun cuando se solicitó durante la estancia, no abastecieron de papel higiénico, no tendieron cama, no lavaron vajilla, en general deja mucho que desear el hotel; en la habitación se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los carros.. espero mejoren …..
