It was clean and quiet but amenities were not as good as the Best Western i had stayed at the previous night. The shower soaps, conditioner and lotion were empty. For the price, overall experience not as good as expected.

We LOVE this motel! This is our 2nd time staying here, we would stay every time that we’re passing through, but it is a little more expensive than most of the hotels in Roseburg. We decided to treat ourselves this time though and I’m glad we did. It’s still a fairly new property, only a few years old. It’s clean, bright and even though it’s right next to the freeway, it’s not loud. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast was basic but really good, exactly what you need to get yourself back on the road. We will definitely be back 👍

Pros:. Convenient...plenty of parking...clean...walk-in shower feature great...very nice support staff...good breakfast options... Cons:. Hard bed...not original Hampton Bed as advertised...Hilton and Expedia websites advertise 2 queen bed rooms have walk-in showers, but staff informed me none of these 2 queen bed rooms have walk-in showers...only tub/shower combos...manager never responded to issues even after 5 days of leaving messages, Eastside of building entrance has 2 stairs to enter and no ramp for those who may need one..location is next to freeway and at times noisy...

Staff was wonderful and courteous. Nice breakfast with a lot of options. We weren't able to use the amenities, but I have no doubt they were top notch as well. would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel that was very comfortable for our stay. We couldn't believe it was dog friendly but it was and they even had special treats for our pup when we checked in. We would stay here again without question!
