Just an older hotel, carpet in the room is well worn, stairs up had a lot of paint dusting from the walls. It was quiet though & staff that checked me in was very friendly as was the gentleman when I checked out. Breakfast was fine too

Great clean stay
Great stay! Girl who checked us in on Saturday after 3pm was so nice and very helpful. Room was clean and i even got to soak in a bath, rarely happens due to dirty tub.

Property was clean, but linens were stained with cigarette burns. Area not so good. It's a very dated hotel, however was clean, no stains in floor, but pricing was high for the experience.

All of the staff was so helpful and kind! They went above and beyond! The only real downside to this place is that there is no elevator, but they will offer to help carry things up and down the stairs.

It'll do...
The part of town we were in was rough, but that's not the hotel's problem. Still, all rooms started on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. I'm not sure how federal ADA standards can be bypassed. The breakfast was disappointing. The staff were quit nice though. If you're on a budget, this was passable, but at $130 per night, it wasn't worth the value. I've stayed in nicer Motel 6's at half the price. When you walk into the lobby you get the immediate "I don't know" vibes. It's rough, from the ripped carpet to the stained ceiling tiles. There was no attention to detail. I can't help but think of that old saying, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." They missed the mark here.

The property was quiet and handy to the freeway. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was good. However, this facility has NO ELEVATOR and my room was on the 3rd floor, which meant hauling stuff up the stairs. The gentleman on the desk very kindly hauled my suitcase up for me, but everyone in earshot was complaining about the lack of elevator. The room was clean but the 2 of the lamps had no bulbs and the refrigerator did not work. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Room didn't appear to be properly cleaned- carpet was unvacuumed and bed pillows appeared "used". Staff was friendly and accommodating offering a look at other available rooms to choose until I found one I liked. I've stayed here one other time, but this time it seemed run-down overall and I don't think I'll be back.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. Check-in was simple and easy. She answered all my questions without issues. Room defiantly needs some updating. Being soo close to a busy road we thought there would be some sound proofing. Cars sounded like they were in the room. No fan in the bathroom which is very odd. Shower wall was not attached to the bathroom wall. Shower head was VERY low. I'm 5'4 and I had to crouch down to get my head under it. If 6 people can stay in the room then there needs to be enough towels for 6 people. couch and chair cushions were stained on all sides. No extra bedding for the pull out sofa available in room.

Not a remotely nice hotel. We got here thinking this would be a decent spot for one night and were sorely mostaken. I know how difficult hotels.com is to pry money from so we stayed here. Whats worse is we wasted a free night to stay in a dump.

The motel was comfortable, staff was friendly, rooms are a bit dated but very clean. No elevator though had to schlep luggage up a flight of narrow stairs.
