"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and service issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, and I couldn’t even brush my teeth without the water backing up, which was extremely unpleasant. The shower head was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to have a proper shower.
Additionally, I ordered wings as a snack, and they were quite poor in quality—definitely not what I expected.
Overall, these issues significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve future guest stays.

"Stayed for 2 nights in March, Adult family of 5 with 3 rooms.
Checkin was super easy and the staff were really efficient, cheerful and very helpful.
Hotel was spotless - best pillows of our stay :) The location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and bars and felt super safe.
Breakfast was a great bonus, it was tasty and there was something for everyone.
Spa was fantastic, just be aware of the upsales, but treatments were great!
Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Thanks for a fab stay!"
