"Perfect for our needs. Caters mostly to Americans - was ok for a place to rest your head but I would have been disappointed if I’d stayed here the entire time.
Breakfast had many options but was somewhat of a trough. If you like all you can eat then you’ll be fine.

"Our room was very clean and comfortable, though it was small and that was OK for me. Breakfast was amazing. Their choices were so great. The staff was really friendly and easy to deal with."
"We chose a loft room and were allocated room 419 - it had a narrow, wraparound balcony, despite this not really being advertised, it was such a lovely bonus.
The location is on a relatively busy street so there is some street noise, but moreso in the daytime than late at night.
We interacted minimally tbh with staff there, but any interaction was really friendly and helpful."
"We stayed 2 nights prior to embarking on a cruise. Location was outside of center city, which is what we wanted. The restaurant had delicious food for all meals and the bar area was just the right amount of activity. The rooms wer large enough, and clean.

"The room and facilities were good and as expected. The issue was the delayed check in when my reservation was confusing to the staff. I had a confirmed reservation for a family room on and had a photo and the email showing the confirmation. The hotel had another reservation for me that was not adequate and it took three supervisors and 20 minutes to figure out the confusion. This was a very short overnight stay as it was between planes at the Rome airport and we just wanted to get to our room."
