We didn't have a good experience with this hotel, except it's location.
It is not a real 4-star hotel and at the optimum level, it can be a low level 3-star hotel in a good location.
Staff were okay, however, the receptionist reacted badly by his face, when he got my middle-eastern passport and tried to avoid speaking to me as of that time!
The given room did not have any window to outside (like a prison) and the air was stuck there. The only window of the room was opening to the corridor of the hotel!
Upon our request we were moved to another room, with an abnormal shape, but with a window, however opening to a dirty backyard.
It was surprisingly small for a couple. The bed was not comfortable and made lots of noises at night.
Due to the abnormal shape of the room, the TV wasn't in front of the bed, so not comfortable to watch while you are on the bed.
The walls were very thin and not insulated, so during night lots of noises from neighbors and the corridor.
The bathroom was big, but with molds on the walls. With a big non-insulated window, was so freezing, especially during the first night the heating system of the bathroom didn't work. The next nights it worked.
The WIFI was good.
The quality of the breakfast was not the same as other 4-star hotels; Not much variety and not high quality.
Usually in other 4-star hotels, you can find an electric kettle comes with free daily tea-bags and coffee, while in our room there was a just a Paid type of espresso maker for 0.5 Euro
