There were two electric gudget, a tv and a hairdryer, neither of which worked. No seat on the toilet and the legs of the bed were taped together to hold. After getting the keys it was impossible to reach the property management. They did not answer either when arriving home we realised that after cleaning service money was missing from our wallet we left at our luggage.. Very cheap all I can say..

Never ever again
Very misleading experience all round, the only perk was that there was a 24/7 shop open opposite. First night had to get relocated to another hotel as couldn’t get into my room, there after waited around for the owner to turn up saying she would be half an hour. She eventually turned up and hour and fifteen later. In the room we had a nice view of workers right outside the window to which we were informed they start at 9am so this should be ok for us. We didn’t see the owner after this and to this day still not sure if we checked out or not. Warning to all of you go to this place expect less than a good experience. The room was clean and the air con worked that’s the ups to the room.

Great location
Great location! Close to main attractions. Room was comfortable. Secure place. Lots of cool restaurants and places to eat. Only a 15 min walk to the Vatican. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice room and the porch is wonderful.
The location of hotel is just a walking distance from Vatican City and commercial places and accessible ro transpo since it is located along Via Gregorio VII. The room is clean and cozy with nice beds, however, only thing disgusting was the expired milk at the fridge for breakfast (expiry date was july 2016), perhaps the staff forgot ro check it out.

They kept us waiting
On arrival we encountered a piece of paper tucked in the door bells panel asking to give them a call so they can open us, because they don't actually have a reception. So we had to go about town to find a pay phone because we didn't have a local line. When we made contact we went back to the place so they can let us in, they said they'll be there in 10 mins, but they kept us waiting and waiting. When we were about to go find a hotel or a place to stay a guy came in, told us to wait, talked on the phone like 15 mins more and finally let us in. He show us our room and the place for us to make our breakfast (even though it was included we ended having breakfast outside). The Shower was so small to be able to take a decent bath, it actually spilled all over the bathroom (we asked for help cleaning it up but they didn't came, we ended up cleaning it ourselves). The day we were leaving we asked them to come pick uo the key and they never did. All in all it was the worst place we stayed in our trip, but if you like being ignored you can give it a try.

A nice reliable place near the Vatican
My husband and I were quite happy with their service and the quality of service. The best thing about this place was the location. It was a 5-10 minutes walk from the Vatican. My only complain about the place was its poor acoustics. We could hear the next rooms and the kitchen. No privacy. For a short stay, it was not a huge problem though. We would consider this place again for our next visit.

Good B&B Apartment, Its practically in Vatican
This is not a hotel. This is just an apartment which is set up as B&B. We had a shared bathroom, very clean and was available always. It had good breakfast. The housekeeper Iqbal is just brilliant (available for few hours in morning), he took very good care of us. Very friendly and helpful. Also Stephany, the owner I guess, was also very nice. The room was big & clean w/ a huge balcony and seating area. We really enjoyed the stay. The only downside is the walking around. This place is outside of Rome in/near Vatican. So very far off from everywhere. If you arrive at Roma Termini. One way to arrive at this place is via bus # '64' get down at 2nd last stop of this bus. Else metro station Ottaviano is the nearest from this B&B. This station Ottaviano is about 15 mins walk from this place. I found bus to be more convenient, however its crowded and be aware of pickpockets at all times. One good thing about the place, we had our flight in night and we needed to keep the luggage after check-out while we roamed around. They gave an extra key to the gate, so we could keep our luggage and come back to collect and leave the key at the place. Overall I found value for money for what I paid, for sleep quality, breakfast and hospitality. Just be realistic its an apartment set up as B&B. So not a lot to expect from the place. However I didn't enjoy the location as much but anything with good location was double the price. Hence we made this compromise.

Excellent place to stay
The location is quite nice and well connected. Rooms are decent, the room in which we stayed was the best, quite big. The best part about the place is the terrace where you can chill, relax and have your moments with fellow room mates too. Guess they can work more on the kitchen, perhaps add a microwave. They can work more on the breakfast, it's too limited. The owner is very nice and cooperative and helpful. Overall a great experience.

Det positive var beliggenheten og at vi aldri skulle sove der de to nettene vi bestilte og forhåndsbetalte. Hotellet/personalet var fullstendig uforberedt på vår ankomst enda vi kommuniserte tre (3) ganger direkte på e-post. Det ble ringt hit og dit før vi fikk et "rom". Rommet var nok bare et kott som ble rigget i all hast, så presentasjonen på nettsiden er hinsides faktum.

Questa struttura ruba soldi senza dare alcun servizio, ho prenotato ma x motivi di traffico, mi sono presentato con 30 minuti di ritardo e non ho trovato nessuno all'accoglienza, quindi ho pagato 60 € x ritrovarmi a dormire in macchina....pessimo servizio da rubagalline.

Inte ett riktigt hotell
Detta är inte ett klassiskt hotell och inte heller ett b&b direkt. Det var extremt lyhört bpde från andra gäster, killen i den lilla receptionen utanför dörren men också från andra hyresgäster i huset. Det fanns ingen frukost trots att detta skulle ingå. Men man får ju vad man betalar för och det var billigt. ;)

Ubytovanie blizko Vatikanu, hned pri zastavke MHD. Cez cestu 24h otvoreny market. Ciste ubytovanie, avsak fotky ubytovania nezodpovedaju realite. Ubytovanie je v skutocnosti omnoho skromnejsie ako na fotkach. Chybala skrina na odlozenie veci, aj utraky. Kedze ubytko nema recepciu, po prichode sme hodinu cakali na hostitela/registraciu. Priemerne, no ako noclah staci, sprcha a postel tam nechybali :)

二度と宿泊しません
18：00以降のチェックインはレイトチェックイン料金で２人で20€払わされました（事前に連絡したら免除なのかもしれません）。部屋は狭く、ほこりっぽく（写真と全然違います）、コンセントとドライヤーは故障、スタッフはほとんどホテルにいないため放置状態。前に24時間オープンのスーパーがあること、バチカンに徒歩で行ける点は良いです！

Stanza maleodorante di umido. Terzo posto su divano letto scomodo. Stanza fredda e acqua calda a tratti. Chiasso e gente strana dalla pizzeria affianco. Gestore scortese che ha chiesto 50 euro per il check in notturno e che in caso di ritardo non ci sarebbe stato nessuno ad atten&ere.. Fermata metro lontana e zona pericolosa di notte.

Dobry standard jak na tego typu obiekt, prywatna łazienka (trochę słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem), wspólny taras, ogólnodostępna kuchnia, blisko Watykanu, do innych zabytków raczej trzeba dojechać. Na przeciwko całodobowy Carrefour express. Ogólnie wszystko pozytywnie.

Bastante regular.
No muy bien. No hacen servicio en el baño, en el desayuno si te levantas después de 9, seguramente no encontrarás algo para desayunar, y el desayuno está incluido. El aire de la habitación es de adorno prácticamente. En general, buscar otra opción.

Özellikle özel banyolu oda seçmeme rağmen oda dışında ortak alanda banyosu bulunan bir oda verdiler. Tuvaletin sifonu tek kullanımlık. 2. kez dolması için 1 saat beklemek gerekiyor. Tuvalet kağıdı yok. Duş minicik. Sıcak su için termosifon var ama siz otelden ayrıldığınızda kapattıkları için ısınmasını beklemek gerekiyor. Bu anlamda tam bir kabustu. Oda çok ufaktı. Penceresi araya bakıyor balkonu yok. Zaten odada adım atacak yeri zor buluyorsunuz. Otel sahibi sadece anahtar vermek için ve almak için geliyor. Yatakların temizliği orta ayarda. Kesinlikle uzak durun derim.

Bij aankomst moesten we bellen naar de eigenaar die na een kwartier de deur open kwam doen. De kamer was heel klein met een badkamer op de gang. Ontbijt moesten we zelf maar doen in de gemeenschappelijke keuken. De eerste morgen stond er alleen wat jam en wat cake. We hebben zelf maar brood gehaald. De tweede dag was er wat bijgevuld maar leek niet echt op een ontbijt. Bed is 1 keer opgemaakt en schone handdoeken hebben we niet gehad. Wc papier was op. Dan maar servetjes gebruiken. Eigenaar nam niet te moeite om te komen voor uitchecken dus zijn maar weggegaan. Er waren 3 mooie kamers maar die waren al bezet. Dit is zeker geen aanrader. Eigenaar is niet echt begaan met zijn gasten.

Es un B&B que esta a pocos minutos de la plaza del vaticano, la amabilidad y el trato personal de LORENZO nos ha hecho sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa.

Godt hotel til prisen!
det har alt i alt været en dejlig oplevelse på dette hotel. Hotel værelset lignede det på billederne, der var rent, og for en gangs skyld (i Italien) snakkede værten engelsk! det var billigt, flot og okay beliggende. Samt var der en lækker morgenmad med. Det eneste problem var dog, at værten ikke dukkede op som aftalt på vores afrejse dag, selv heller ikke svarede sin telefon. Her havde vi aftalt at vi afregnede den sidste dag, og at hun ville bestille lufthavnstransport for os igen. Dog dukkede hun aldrig op og der gjorde transporten heller ikke! så vi stod pludselig og havde meget travlt og stress med at finde en taxi der kunne køre os til lufthavnen, samt regne ud hvad vi skulle give hende af penge for transport og city tax osv. Så vi endte med at ligge penge på værelset og hurtigt skaffe en taxi. det var dog under al kritik.

Recepcja w hotelu niepowazna, po przyjeździe okazało się że nikogo nie ma. Czynna tylko do 19:30 później nikogo nie można zastać.dodzwonic też się nie można bo nikt nie odbiera. Zaplacony nocleg przepadł musieliśmy szukać czegoś nowego.

petit déjeuner à faire soi-même avec cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas! penser à allumer le chauffe eau de la salle de bains car éteint ! salle de bains extérieure à la chambre tv ne fonctionne pas 1 seul prise électrique ménage pas fait pendant le temps du séjour - serviettes de toilettes non changées non plus attention à économiser le savon car une seule dose à l'arrivée - idem papier toilettes! aspect de la chambre pas du tout conforme aux photos

Super schön, tolles Frühstück ,Mitarbeiter super
Wir waren für eine Nacht,leider, nur dort. Das Hotel liegt super, man kann alles gut zu Fuß (dauert etwas geht aber wirklich) oder mit dem Bus der direkt dort fährt erkunden. Die Besitzerin ist super lieb und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Das Frühstück, wurde von ihr morgens selbst gemacht und war wirklich super gut. Besonders toll ist die große Terrasse, die von allen Zimmern begehbar ist.

Nonostante avessimo prenotato con largo anticipo,viaggiavo con due bambini e richiedendo espressamente una camera come vista sul sito di Hotels.com, al nostro arrivo,si è presentato un individuo che non solo a non parlare la lingua italiana o inglese oppure anche il francese, non aveva idea di dove fosse ubicata la nostra camera, dopo un girovagare per il palazzo,ci fa entrare in una stanza dove io, che lavoro da oltre trent'anni in albergo, non avrei usato neanche come deposito per la biancheria sporca.Facendo la cosa presente al tizio che non sapeva cosa rispondere, chiamo la proprietà per avere chiarimenti, ancor peggio mi dicono che erano in overbooking e non avevano dove sistemarci.

Un ottimo bed and breakfast nelle vicinanze del Vaticano, stanza confortevole, personale gentile e collegato in maniera ottima con il centro attraverso i mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi, come me ha intenzione di trascorrere un fine settimana a Roma

Not recommended - unfriendly and arrogant owner
One of the worst accommodations ever. Not due to the fact of comfort, hygiene and location. I have never seen such a arrogant and unfriendly owner. We had discussions on the booking and even Hotels.com Service People were really surprised on such level of discussion. Location is good - but due to the service and the owner it's not a recommended stay.
