When we come they give us more bigger room, that was perfect, breakfast was excellent was having from everything, staff was friendly always. Only thing was the kids play ground was closed during the construction on the other 🏢

The water wasn’t hot. The bed was hard and bedding felt cheap, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The food for lunch was average. No coffee tea in room, old hard towels. Toiletries were hand soap, shower soap, shower cap. Nothing in the mini bar. It is a tired 4 star.

Quiet location, fab apartments, great service
Stayed 2 nights at this modern hotel with large apartments as (a) a base to explore nearby Krka national park (45 miles NE) and (b) the local beach and 5 x hotel pools. Hotel is located on a quiet bay/beach some 2 miles from the more popular Marina district. Hotel reception rooms, restaurant and bedrooms are all well kitted-out with high quality fixtures and fittings. One potential hiccup, quickly avoided - we arrived to be told that our 2 x queen-size bedrooms had been allocated to a large, Chinese tour group and that we were being upgraded (at no cost) to 2 x apartments. Great result! The only downside - because of the very large party (and the restaurant being one chef down) we could not eat in the restaurant that first evening! ... which resulted in a visit to Tommy’s the local supermarket for some “cook your own”. Quickly found out Our halogen hob did not work (so cooked in our 2nd apartment), that the shower attachment and window blind were not working properly - faults that were all fixed within 6 hours. Good recovery by the service team! Bar Restaurant and breakfast restaurant both serve good selection and good food quality. Really enjoyed it! Would stay here again - or in Marina.

High quality motel?
High quality motel. Well suited to a stay of a couple of nights or as a comfortable base for touring the area nearby. No lounge area for guests only lobby and dining room. Two pools and a further restaurant and snack bar though. Rooms spacious and comfortable but lacking some amenities like tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. Staff very nice and helpful

- 5köpfige Familie bekommt ganze 2 Handtücher und 1 Duschtuch - Strandtücher ab Mittag verfügbar wenn überhaupt - Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt - Zimmer ab 3. Tag gestunken - Liegestühle wurden bereits ab 7 Uhr reserviert - Cocktails nicht verfügbar, nur Aperol - Apartment hatte ganze 2 Handtuchhaken bei 5köpfiger Familie etc…..

Siisti hotelli
Hotellin perhehuone oli pettymys: huone oli tien ja vuorten suuntaan eikä siinä ollut parveketta. Saimme onneksi vaihtaa resortin puolelle. Saimme sieltä ison ja kauniin huoneen meren puolelta. Kaikki sivustolla olevat kuvat ovat siis resortin puolelta, eivät hotellin. Kuvat ovat hieman harhaanjohtavia. Hotelli on siisti ja palvelu on ystävällistä. Aamiaisella ei ollut tungosta, mutta monet ruuat oli koko ajan loppu. Keskustaan on aika pitkä kävelymatka.

Die Hotelanlage können wir ohne Weiteres weiterempfehlen. Obwohl nahe der Straße gelegen, war es in den Zimmern sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, mehrere Außenpools (leider alle unbeheizt). Parkplatz am Haus. Alles perfekt!

Cadre magnifique, service déficient.
Cadre magnifique, vue sur mer, grand balcon, chambre très bien équipée, bon niveau d'équipement. En revanche, négatif sur le service, ménage approximatif, baignoire hors service, coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, une partie de l'éclairage également, personne au bar, ... C'est dommage, car tout est en place, il faudrait juste une équipe professionnelle pour que ce soit au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.

Ne vaut pas 4 étoiles : emplacement en bord de route, seuls les appartements du resort sont situés côté mer. Absence de verres dans la chambre et la salle de bains, pas de mini bar, pas de mouchoir en papier ni de bouteille d'eau offerte. Buffet du petit déjeuner place dans un espace exiguë, les assiettes s empillent sur les tables, car la serveuse est occupée à son portable au lieu de débarrasser. Toutefois le personnel de l'accueil est professionnel et efficace.

Photos misleading
Hotel Perla is located behid the Perla Apartments, so you don’t see any of the pools from Hotel balcony though the view being to the bay. In our mind the photos are giving a bit false view if you are booking the hotel accommodation. Pools are quite small. Showering by standing in a tub is something that we hate. Hotelroom quite ok, balcony quite narrow.

Bra Hotell lite tråkigt runt om kring
Trevligt hotell som börjar bli lite slitet utvändigt. Väldigt fina rum. Underbar havsutsikt. Ligger helt för sig själv på stranden. Tar ca 17 min att promenera utefter stranden in till Rogoznica. Finns en bra mataffär ca 5 min promenad bort. Annars finns det inget runt hotellet. Lugnt som gatan. Missa inte att åka till grannbyn Primosten, väldigt trevlig liten stad.
