"After traveling all day, I pulled up to a parking lot that said not responsible for theft of items from your vehicle. Which is always a good sign. I was scheduled for a week. I couldn’t even unpack as I couldn’t withstand the mold smell. I went to the front desk to move me. She was nice and understood, moved me to the second floor where there was a VCR lol in the room, a chair that looked like a dog gnawed on it and smelled like it was just old. I reached out to hotels.com and said she would have to charge me for 1night stay but I had to leave. I wanted to anyway. Just appalled that they were not embarrassed and charge me at all. I slept in my car because there was nothing available close by because Walmart had some shareholder thing in town. I am a Gold member with Hilton and will NEVER use Hotels.com or Candlewood suites or any of my Employees I put up for training."
