"We had been to the hotel about 10yrs ago and loved it & on my husband's 45th birthday this wkend, decided to go again. Such a terrible decision on my part. The greatness and standards of the hotel had dropped significantly that i am appalled it has the rating it sits with! We did not receive the pincode for accessing the game lodge. The reception both in the area as well as in the resort is non-existent and as we reached the gate, we could not call as we had no reception. After numerous...

"No reception. Gardens and grass sky high. Shower floads, does not drain. Bathroom towel rail broken, No golf course, no club house, no restaurant. No electricity. Place is falling apart. Only positive was the lady that moved us from one falling apart unit to the next. "

"Owners and staff were friendly and inviting. Booked the unit for air-con, air-con not in working order. Cooler made available by owner. Unit not as clean as one would like. Breakfast was reasonable."
