"The room was very nice. The resort itself is lovely. -- I went to eat at the Waterfront restaurant, was seated ... and then completely ignored. No menu, no water, no server ... nothing. It was Not Busy at all. --- And so, I got up and left, went to the upstairs restaurant called 240 and was treated far better. The 240 "comped" my Lite Beer, they should have comped my whole meal, but at least they were decent to me. --- I told the woman at the front desk about my experience at the Waterfront upon check out. She seemed only mildly interested. -- I was only there for a 1 night get away... on my own ... and should have enjoyed my evening meal ... at the very least. -- I do love The Abbey, always have, and am sorry to have had this happen."
