If we hadn’t had non-refundable reservations, and were not totally exhausted when we arrived, we would never have stayed here. The room was quiet. Nothing else was OK. It was nice to have a pull down seat in the shower, but the hand-held shower couldn’t reach it. And this was supposed to be a handicap room (which we did not. Ok, intentionally, but nothing in that bathroom would have worked for a wheelchair. Toilet was too low. Sink too high. There was no one at the desk before 8AM. Breakfast should have started at 7. No one was there to check out. And when breakfast finally arrived it had no pastries, nothing but slices of bread that looked dried out. No fruit, no yogurt, and the coffee was gone. Less than one star stay. And we have a $10 charge on our credit card that we have no idea why!

This hotel is very old and not clean. I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel was filthy showing that the floor had not been mopped in a very long time. The door peep hole was about 6' up making it impossible to see out of it without standing on a chair.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff and the room was clean and safe, but the hotel itself is very dated and other patrons of the hotel tried unsuccessfully to enter my room several times in the night. The parking is abysmal and the location is kind of hard to find, however overall it served its purpose and the stay was not bad.

Friendly familiar staff. Very cold room. Heat was turned up all the way and still cold. They did not have extra blankets or bath towels. Other guests were very loud all night long, slamming doors and yelling in rooms, hallway and parking lot and revving car engines. Fighting guests keeping us awake long after posted quiet hours.
