"We got a room 115 it had a spotlight going straight into our room that the blackout curtains couldn’t even block out. We had multiple issues with cleanliness. Different peoples hair in the shower, dried blood stain on the fitted sheet that we had to change at midnight and when we came back for the day there were hairs all over the new pillows that we got, we counted and it had 16 different hairs on it. For the stay to be 800 bucks for 4 nights the parking lot was being redone, cleanliness was an issue, 2 people per room only rule for the pool, small issue but getting out of the hotel onto the street is difficult because of the bush and sign the blocking view of oncoming traffic. The receptionists were nice just quiet. Check-in and checkout was easy. We didn’t have the breakfast but the area looked very nice and numerous people were there for it in the morning. Overall I would give the hotel a 2/5 stars because of the cleanliness issues and us having to do the job that should have been done when they came in the room in the beginning. Especially when there is a dried blood stain or hairs on pillows and shower. This is a major deterrent to come back. The location of the hotel is within reach of many many amazing things which is nice, but if this problem isn’t addressed it won’t be a good spot for others to enjoy their vacation."
