For the most expensive nicest hotel in Rochester my room was disgusting and very dirty but everything else was amazing I couldn’t complain

Staff were all friendly. Lobby is lovely, the rooms and the restaurant needs improvements. Our room was not serviced daily and that really bothered me since we were there 5 days. The bathroom was moldy and the tub did not drain but the shower head was excellent. So its really a mixed bag. If you can get a good rate under $200 its ok but anything more then there are nicer options. Despite its issues I would stay again bec the staff was nice its a decent hotel.

Great place to stay. Very close to my friends in Rochester. I love how many restaurants there are near by. I’ve never had a problem here room is always clean.

We traveled from Florida for a Quinceañera. The hotel was clean with friendly and accommodating staff. This location was the definition of convenient. Right off the highway with TONS of food options. There’s even a mall just down the street. We got picked up by the local transportation called RTS On Demand and got to a from the mall for just $1 pp each way. Amazing!

My bathroom was disgusting. Clearly they didn’t clean behind the sink handles/on mirror because there was like toothpaste/soap splatter. I wanted to love it here. I was so dissapointed.

Chose this place from the name Marriott Airport. Thought Marriott would be a more nicer, cleaner, upscale place. It was not. And it was not that close to the airport to have the airport in its name. Pool and hot tub were both green. Tons of kids in hot tub and very noisy. Check in lady not pleasant as well. Won’t be back

Green pool and out of order hot tub
Staff was very friendly. Room was ok, bathroom was pretty beat up looking, definitely needed repairs. Biggest bummer was the pool, we stayed there for the weekend so my kids could swim…the pool was green, and the hot tub was out of order. definitely was disappointing

The front desk clerk (Sarah) was very accommodating, considering the pool has closed earlier in the day. She not only made my grandsons happy with free breakfast, but called the neighboring hotel and asked if the kids could swim there. That was great customer service. Then this morning asked if everything went well.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’ve always enjoyed my stay however this time I’m very disappointed. I paid extra to have a “concierge” room which was described as having a “separate bedroom”
When I went to my room I noticed the room was identical to the basic rooms I’ve stayed in previously. It was very important to me to have the extra space as I’m traveling with a toddler and newborn, when my husband spoke to the staff about the issue they told him they were out of larger rooms and that there was nothing they could do about it. End of discussion.

I made my reservation through Expedia and the hotel front desk still charged me 50.00 per night (a total of 150.00 for my three nights). I was extremely disappointed with that. And because my reservation was through Expedia - I was told I couldn't receive the complimentary breakfast - as I didn't pay standard room rates. I will not be back. There really is no incentive to return.
Also the shower curtains are too narrow - and the bathroom floors get wet - and the bottom of the bathroom door is rotting in Room 405.
