"Nice hotel near freeway. Staff was helpful and pleasant. When we booked, we indicated that we had a dog. The staff at check-in didn’t know, charged us $40 for the dog and made us sign a very restrictive dog waiver (like no dogs over 30 pounds). This extra cost and the waiver should have been provided prior to my booking….we have travelled with dog for many years and have never had a high fee and draconian waiver. We were lucky to have 20 pound dog….."

"Upon arrival we were directed to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Supposedly this is a non-smoking property. We were given another room but it was not a King as we had reserved. The entire property shows very visible signs of wear. We would not expect to return to this location in the future."
