The check in was a nightmare because the hotel was just sold to Quality Inns. The computer systems were incompatible so everything had to be done manually. Although they found my reservation they had no record of it being paid for. That took over an hour to straighten out. Aside from that the hotel was clean and quiet and I had an enjoyable stay.

Great Motorcycles "Roads"
There are No Good restrants in this town, and the one's that are here close at 9:00pm. Robbinsville is in a dry county, so nothing to drink. It may be the only hotel in town and its old and rundown.

Nice Hotel, very clean.
Very nice hotel. Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was exceptionally clean with good amenities. Mattresses were very good and comfortable. If I have a complaint it would be that the water saver showerhead was a bit extreme, it took forever to get the soap off. Breakfast was good with several choices for the continental breakfast.

Wonderful stay!
What a wonderful place! They let us check in 2 hours early and the lobby and room were spotless! I was able to get extra blankets and hot breakfast. It's motorcycle friendly...they have special parking! If you're a smoker they have a lovely little outside area for you to sit and smoke. In the lobby they have a stack of spotless towels for you bike. It's close to the dragons tail and the Wheels Through Time museum in Maggy Valley. It is a dry town so bring your own or head to the Moonshiners Steakhouse. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay at the foot of the mountain
We stayed here overnight on a Saturday and had a great overall experience. The front desk attendant was very friendly, helpful, and caring. The hotel was very clean and kept up for the most part. The room and bed were very comfortable, which is a big plus in my opinion. Loved the wall-to-wall mirror behind the bed. Everything seemed fairly new. The local area was awesome and within walking distance to the grocery store (right across the street), which carried some organic products. There were two gas stations and plenty of fast food restaurants within walking distances. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location terrible parking lot
Parking lot was not set up for ease of use. Beds were WAY too firm imo. Everything was clean except for an overlooked coffee pot. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't over the top but was enough to snack on to get you going for the day. Ice machine was very convenient to find. Hotel was more motorcycle friendly than car friendly but I understand why because of the location to the dragon. Would stay again.

One of two hotels in town
No eggs, meat, toast or fruit yet they say breakfast. The room window will not open so smells musty,used can of lysol dry count and they have no restaurants open after ten pm

Okay for one night
The room was tiny and there was not even a mattress on the bed - just a thin box spring with a mattress pad topper. The temperature control/HVAC unit did not work, and neither did the Direct TV or the WIFI. It wasn't the cleanest of rooms, and the included breakfast was awful. (Thankfully a McDonalds was within walking distance!)

Poor facilities in a nice location
Faucet didn't work properly during nights! Very limited breakfasts. It was in a very nice area close to smoky mountain . Easily walk to Ingles . Very clean and quiet.

Worked out great for a family reunion
Spent three nights at this property. We needed to ask the staff for several items during our stay (extra towel, a blanket for the bed, bedding for the pullout sofa bed) and each time they were very accommodating. The breakfast fare was standard but didn't run out during the time frame.

Nice location.
After second long day on the road and just completing the Dragon it was a welcomed site. Wonderful accommodations and location. Very Bike friendly with towels and wash station available.

Great hotel to launch your motorcycle travels.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. The price is great, the location is excellent, and the staff are very nice. The only problem with this hotel is the pillows, very bulky. I know from past stays that I will do without the pillow. I also don't mind not having a fridge and coffee maker.

Before booking the hotel I read the website reviews and found them to be giving good advice. The hotel is perfect stopping place if you are interested in "The Tail of the Dragon" or the Cherohala Skyway. One of the reviews mentioned "paper thin" walls and while this may be an exaggeration I gave a low rating for room comfort because of the poor soundproofing between rooms. My neighbors were not inconsiderate but I could still hear their movements.

The room was small and the breakfast was meager, but for a one night stay, it was good for the price. The bathroom was surprisingly nice - very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows could have been better. The location is very convenient for the Cherohala Skyway. We were pleased with the experience.

This hotel is ok if you have no choice but to stay here. Don't expect much just because it has the Wyndham name attached to it. The rooms are small, bland and basic. The walls are paper thin, so if you are staying next to people who aren't planning on sleeping prepare to stay awake. Nothing in the way of ammenities except for wifi. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. I will not be returning.

Great place to stay.
Great rates and close to the Tail of the Dragon. The staff took care of the bikers and provided towels to wipe the bikes off the next morning and even had a hose to wash your bike. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean. The lady that cleaned our rooms did a great job and I left her a tip for making sure the rooms was clean and tidy. Would stay there again. Thanks to the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

caters to bikers- rooms small no refrigerators only 2 ice machines on 4 floors. very little parking for hotel of this size. no snack machines in bldg.- this may be healthy. May I suggest fresh fruit, nuts and drinks be made available after breakfast and evening hours.

We had stayed at this hotel 2 years ago.We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff.We were a little surprised at how small the room was and were disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave. The room was very clean and the bed was very good.

Time to 86 the cigarette smell .....
Excellent price, hotel staff and proximity to the Blue Ridge Mountain area and attractions. The only downer was the fact my room (401) was at one time a smoking room. The lingering stench of stale burnt cigarettes permiated the room prompting the continued use of a scented candle. How about cleaning the carpets and deodorizing any and all fabric covered furniture...

Stayed here with a group of riders to catch the Tail of the Dragon, Maggie Valley, other local rides and Smokey Mountains Park. The hotel was close to everything. It was clean and comparatively low cost. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
