"Beautiful room. Downtown so quick walk to restaurants. Mattresses and pillows were super comfy. Will stay again. Highly recommend!!"

"The hot tub wasn't being fed with the hot water so it was luke warm. Bed was similar to a sheet of plywood to sleep on. Breakfast was very unappetizing. The TV did not work in our room and our noisy neighbors were very easy to hear through the thin walls so sleeping was virtually non-existent for us. The upstairs hallway smelled like smoke. The only part of our stay that wasn't bad was the restaurant in-house. They had good food and pleasant staff."

"I had to ask for a washcloth and hand towel. There were no cups or water bucket. The bathroom door had been kicked or hit really hard to where it affected the other side of the door. Should have been replaced. The people above me partied between 11:45 and 2:00 p.m. . I had a terrible sleep and I would not recommend this place."

"Do not stay here. The advertised premium bedding was what appeared to be bloody sheets with hair on them and two pillowcases with what appeared to be a piece of cardboard in them. The toilet was used with what appeared to be blood on the toilet seat. I informed the staff of the atrocities and left the place. Expedia would not refund, even though we were unable to stay in that room."
