"We enjoyed our stay. Theres no TV which didn't bother us, but may others. There were a few bugs in the room (a moth and some mosquito hawks) but that happens sometimes in older places. Mattress was pretty uncomfortable and hard though. Great location."

"This was our first trip to 1927 Lake Lure Hotel but not the last I hope. Staff was excellent and so helpful. The room was very clean. The whole property is so pretty and the antiques are a very nice touch in the lobby as well as on every landing. The only thing I would add is to have restaurant open we would have rather to have eaten there. Hope to come back with my best friends for a girl trip soon. "
