The food was excellent, probably one of the best dinner buffets I’ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel is situated right next to the Ganges with beautiful views. Only downside is the hotel is located a long way from the more “backpacker” areas of Tapovan and Laxman Jhula, and the journey up there is not very pleasant as Rishikesh is quite hectic and polluted."

"We enjoyed this hotel the most on our entire 5 week trip to India. From the time we arrived we felt welcome. We loved the spiritual atmosphere very much. The restaurant staff were just as great. As westerners, we just can’t handle the spiciness of Indian cuisine, and the staff was very accommodating. They remembered to make sure we had food at every meal that was delicious. We enjoyed the Aarti at the main hotel as well, but liked the atmosphere of Holy Water better. We can’t say enough good things about the hotel. "

"Fantastic hotel in Rishikesh. Very clean, big rooms, great service. Pool table and fuseball table on the 4th floor foyer. Lovely roof terrace with views of the surrounding hills. Very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend for families. Only slight issue is make sure to pay in advance or have cash, if you’re and international traveller, as their payment machine doesn’t not accept international cards (credit nor debit). "
