Our stay was comfortable and we found the rooms to be very modern and clean. Breakfast is just OK and a bit repetitive after 3 days. The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask reception for them but reception were happy to oblige.

Europa park and Rulantica
We stayed for 3 nights with our 12-year-old son. We went to Europa Park and Rulantica. The hotel is new, very nice. The breakfast is typical American. The only downside is the room is a bit small for three. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this property. The front desk staff are all amazing and the breakfast has a lot of options. Great location close to Europa Park and a lot of other larger cities.

Clean, modern and pleasant
Hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean, no problem with the room or service. Indeed the reception staff deserve special mention because they did their best helping us translate phone calls etc when our car broke down. The location of the hotel means there isn’t much within walking distance for eating etc but there is a bus stop outside and very easy access to the road network. Europa park is a 5 min drive, Switzerland border is 1 hr away.

The staff was excellent -- extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample and had a good variety of items. The bed was one of the best ones I've ever found in a hotel -- I wanted to take it home with me! Will definitely stay here again when we are traveling for work in this area.

Hotel was clean, VERY reasonably priced, and a great location between cities. The breakfast was a tad misleading with only having cold items, and the heat was on overdrive making the rooms incredibly warm, but still had a good stay!

Nice, new, clean, great service hotel
Used as a one night stop over. Appreciated the 24 hour check in as we arrived very late and it can sometimes be hard to find hotels in Europe with a 24 hour front desk. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room was larger than expected, air conditioned (A previous reviewer said it was not, but I’m guessing they aren’t familiar with the fact that you must turn the AC on in the room yourself in Europe. They don’t leave it on.), and the breakfast was a very nice spread with all the typical German breakfast items (soft boiled eggs, cold meats & cheeses, cucumber, tomato, fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, pancakes, assorted breads, juices, espresso machine, etc.). Would absolutely stay at this hotel again and would recommend.
