Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Maid and girl at check in were nice. Other than that, no service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for use of kitchenette contrary to Hotels.com listing. Great location.

Personale gentilissimo: ogni piccolo problema è stato risolto in tempi rapidi. Posizione perfetta: 50 metri dalla spiaggia (bagno più vicino Bagno Luca 66/67, raccomandato) e cinque minuti a piedi da tutti i servizi (edicola, supermercato, farmacia). Camera confortevole e climatizzata, ideale per tre persone. Cucina: comoda, gratuita per soggiorni superiori a due notti. Parcheggio: prenotando con largo anticipo, presso la struttura a 15 euro al giorno. In alternativa, a 300 metri, superato il sottopassaggio ferroviario, comunale a 4,5 euro al giorno (via degli Orti) oppure con accesso controllato gestito da privati (parcheggio Foglino) a 60 euro a settimana.

Bien, belle appartement...
Tout était impeccable... juste le lit très dure et la dame de ménage pas fait une seul fois le ménage en une semaine. Claudia de la réception très agréable et super sympa.

Posizinato a pochi passi dal mare un po' arretrato rispetto alla via principale in zona tranquilla ma ben servita. Piscina di tutto rispetto. Struttura vecchia da risistemare. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' piu' che adeguato.

Très bien situé, chambre conforme à l'annonce. Propre. Nous sommes restés qu'une seule nuit donc nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine. Seul Sépetit bémol, un peu difficile de se garer aux alentours de l'hôtel.

Residence molto carino
ottimo per trascorre qualche giorno in famiglia,la piscina è molto piccola ma giusta per i bimbi, diciamo che scarseggiano un pochino con l'àrea giochi.. il residence ha anche delle convenzioni con alcuni lidi in spiaggia e sconti in qualche ristorante nella zona.diciamo che Torre Pedrera non è esattamente una meta per i giovani in cerca di serate divertenti.ma tutto sommato è molto vicina in auto a Rimini e Riccione. Gentilissima la ragazza della reception Claudia.

A due passi dal mare, piccola piscina
Il residence è sicuramente comodo essendo a due passi dal mare e in centro. La piscina piccola si affaccia sulla strada quindi privacy uguale a zero. Nota dolente non menzionata è il parcheggio, infatti anche se sul sito Web viene menzionato non esiste, ci hanno offerto A PAGAMENTO un parcheggio a 5 euro al giorno. Il bilocale aveva solo un bagno....ed in 5 non è il massive.

Fint lejlighedshotel.
Fin lejlighed med god plads til 2-4 pers. Sød og hjælpsom personale. Gratis cykler til lån. Tæt på fin strand og butikker. Ca 6 km til Rimini centrum. Lidt lille men fin pool. Dejligt ophold.

Hotel un peu vieillot, mais le service est agréable, la piscine bien et il y a la possibilité de prêt de vélo ce qui est bien. Le wifi marche moyennement, la plage est à 30 mètres mais le parking à plus de 500m.

Leuk prijs/kwaliteit hotel met vriendelijk pers.
Vriendelijk personeel, strand iets minder, verplichte beddenverhuur min 15 pp pd. Omgeving leuk voor gezinnen met kinderen, uitgaansgelegenheden aan de kust minder dan verwacht. Genoeg activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden in de omgevingen, wisselvallig weer.

Ok, but had some trouble
The hotel itself was ok. Nice beds and a small but working kitchen that we used a lot for making coffee and baby food.The beach was just across the street, as well as a ok pool on the hotel. But the receptionist told us we could park for free along the Railroad a little walk away, but she didnt tell us we couldnt park there on sundays, resulting in the car beeing towed away and a huge cost and hassle for us to get it back. Later on she told us that she warned us about this, but she didnt. Of course we wouldnt park there on sundays if we knew the car was in danger of beeing towed, so that was quite annoying.

Prima di arrivare ci hanno contattato al cell dicendo che dovevamo arrivare entro le 17 oppure recarci presso un altro hotel, distante 4-5 km a ritirare la chiave perché non c'era più l'addetto alla reception(annuncio 24 su 24h) e sin qui pazienza. Appena entrati in camera annuncio che per utilizzare la cucina c'era da pagare supplemnto prezzo. Appena lasciato il deprimente resicente ci siamo accorti che avevamo lasciato la giacca in camera. Telefonato, ci dicono che ce la spediscono quando avranno tempo. Trascorso quasi un mese, ci rispondono che non avendo tempo, possono spedirla solo mezzo corriere, costo 30€. senza parole..

Rymlig lägenhet. Bra med 2 rum då en av oss snarkar (jag säger inte vem) och en fick sova i sovrummet och en sov i allrummet. Sängar helt okej. Trevlig utsikt mot stranden. Bra kök. Lite svårt att hitta till hotell då man liksom vi använder allmänna kommunikationer. Trevligt bemötande från tjejen i receptionen. Trevlig pool.

Väldigt hjälpsam o trevlig personal!
För ett bra pris bodde vi en vecka på detta hotell med bra läge till stranden.Tjejen i receptionen gjorde allt hon kunde för att vi skulle trivas o ha det bra o det gjorde vi verkligen också!
