The couple that runs this B&B is very sweet and caring and we loved the breakfast they made for us with the fresh pastries and baked goods, yummy cold cuts, hard boiled eggs and of course the fabulous Italian cappuccino that we learned to love so much. The shower was interesting, because it’s right on the middle of the bathroom with no curtain or doors around it, but it worked great and I ended up enjoying my shower there too. You just have to remove everything that shouldn’t get wet before you start it. Only negative thing was that the AC didn’t work and the noise level on a Friday night from outside music was pretty intense.

Worth it
Definitely worth the price. Beachfront with amazing view. The owners did not speak english fluently but they were very welcoming and met our needs. I would return. The beds were hard but every single hotel we visited in Italy was the same.

Very affordable
We paid around 50 USD per night and got a nice room with ocean view. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended for the price.

Accommodation was average. The bathroom very small. The toilet and bidet were combined, there was no separate shower. In fact if you did shower you wet every thing from the toilet to the wall. It was really tiny. Car parking was impossible. An gated area only big enough for 3 cars housed 6 so too bad if you were the first to park you would be trapped.

Convenient transportation around the city (bus ride about 10 minutes to Rimini Train station and city center (good shopping, nice restaurants, lovely park, boat rentals) 20 minutes to Expo center. Plenty of restaurants walking distance, continental breakfast fresh fruit, pastries, juices . Staff friendly. Grocery store, Bank and Laundromat walking distance. Across the street from the beach you can rent chairs for the day. Rental car/Vespa/bicycles also within walking distance of hotel. You need to bring a converter for chargers/hair dryer/curling iron. Hotel has a nice covered sitting area with beach view. We stayed a week and it was affordable and excellent quality.

La struttura è situata in un posto buono , non proprio in mezzo alla confusione ma a due passi da essa , quindi se si vuol fare una passeggiata tra la confusione bastano due minuti, la colazione è abbondante e varia . Tutto sommato una buona struttura

Sono molto sincero le 5 stelle sono solo per i proprietari che mi hanno fatto tenerezza visto la loro età, colazione eccezionale per il resto , diciamo che la pulizia non è delle migliori come ile condizioni di alcune camere...ma visto i prezzi che propongono abbastanza sotto la media visto anche il periodo di agosto una persona si può accontentare ,se volessi essere cattivo darei 1 stella ma ripeto i proprietari visto l'età i l'impegno di 5

You get what you pay for
A small hotel run by a family. The room was big enough, the bathroom tiny with the shower in the middle, there is no shower curtain :-( so you have to stand by the toilet not to make the whole bathroom wet. Advantage: the toilet gets clean too :-)) Mouldy tiles and rotten door from the shower. There should be shower cutain! Not a huge investment. There was dust and hair under the bed, the broom we borrowed was full of hair too. :-( We had balcony :-) but the curtain was broken, hanging down halfway. Breakfast was excellent with all those lovely croissants, Italian ham, hard boiled egg... unfortunately there was no self service coffee machine, you had to ask. Also milk should be on display. Overall this was the cheapest hotel nearby, so one shouldnt have high expectation. Ok for a couple of days.

Mi é piaciuto molto il fatto che fosse fronte mare, il personale molto cordiale e gentile, colazione metà a buffet e metà servito abbondante e molto buono. Unica pecca non aver trovato il telecomando del clima dovendo subire un po' il caldo e la pulizia della stanza dove non sono state cambiate ne lenzuola ne soprattutto gli asciugamani.

Hotel senza pretese ad un prezzo modico, forse un po' datato ma comunque dignitoso. La colazione ottima, la location perfetta proprio sul mare. Titolari discreti e non invadenti Noici siamo fermati solo una notteforse se fossimo rimasti più a lungo avremmo anche legato di più con il personale. Consigliatos chi vuole spendere poco ed avere un buonpunto d' appoggio

Conosco bene la Struttura ed è sempre bello ritornarci. Padroni simpatici e colloquiali, parcheggio interno, camere pulite ed in ordine, lo stesso valgasi per i servizi igienici. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e sfiziosa. Hotel fronte mare, con i maggiori servizi che potrebbero servire, a pochi minuti a piedi.

La pensione a conduzione famigliare è particolarmente vecchia e in parte abbandonata a se stessa. Ci sono evidenti segni di deterioramento come intonaci scrostati, porte con angoli marci, angoli che penso non siano puliti da mesi. I servizi igienici sono al limite della decenza, i materassi scomodi. L'aria condizionata è a pagamento per ben 10€ al giorno che, se confrontati con il costo di 38€ pattuito per la stanza è un'enormità. La signora ha preteso il pagamento anticipato e non poteva essere altrimenti considerato lo stato della struttura. Pur essendo presente il parcheggio, quando ho chiesto di poterlo utilizzare mi hanno guardato con occhi stralunati e proposto di parcheggiare la mia auto lungo la strada. La colazione è normale ma con cibi sicuramente di qualità scadente (penso per contenere i costi) e sospetto non proprio freschi. La cosa che più mi ha lasciato l'amore in bocca è data dal fatto che un giorno siamo rientrati nella nostra camere finché il personale di servizio stava lavando i pavimenti ed abbiamo visto che l'acqua utilizzata era pressoché nera: i pavimenti venivano lavati chiaramente con acqua sporca. Sicuramente le 3 stelle non sono adeguate alla struttura.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché per il pacheggio e l’aria condizionata: Il primo era quasi inesistente e mal organizzato e la sec.non era inclusa. La camera spaziosa, il bagno vecchio e sporco..... l’unica cosa da salvare è la prima colazione buona e con tanta scelta.

Una piacevole sorpresa in un 3 stelle molto bello.
Ottimo hotel a conduzione familiare. Stanze vista mare bellissime. Quelle senza vista mare hanno comunque una terrazza con pergolato molto bella. La colazione è internazionale, ma ci sono anche bomboloni, brioche dolci e spremuta fresca. Puoi chiedere cappuccino, anche 3 caffè e i proprietari fanno di tutto per accontentarti. Inoltre sono rimasto colpito dalla pulizia perfetta in tutto l'albergo. Cambiano gli asciugamani ogni giorno ad esempio (poi se vuoi essere eco-friendly puoi sempre dire al proprietario, che è sempre presente alla reception, di non sostituirteli e cambiarli solo se li trovano nel bidet). Hanno un parcheggio privato, ma si può parcheggiare anche gratis nella strada davanti (lungomare) e nessuno ti toccherà la macchina. In definitiva, estremamente consigliato visto il prezzo basso e la qualità alta (per un tre stelle) Poi chiaro, se sei abituato solo ai Grand Hotel 5 stelle, meglio che vai nel 5 stelle perché comunque questo è un 3 stelle, per quanto un bel 3 stelle. C'è l'aria condizionata ma la brezza di mare la rende inutile. Andateci!!!!!!

Standort sehr nah am Strand und sehr gutes Frühstück jedoch riechen die Mitarbeiter sehr streng nach schweiss und man muss den Zimmerschlüssel abgeben wenn man raus geht. Man legt den schlüssel einfach auf einen Tisch bei der Rezeption so dass eigentlich jeder deinen Schlüssel nehmen kann und Zugang zu deinem Zimmer hat. Das WC ist mit Abstand das schlechteste das ich gesehen habe. Man hat kaum richtig Platz um sich hinzusetzen. Das highlight war die Dusche die gleich über dem WC war.
