Don’t ever book in this hotel, it listed as 4 stars can’t even provide a microwave oven to warm up food. It got a grand piano in the foyer. The male staff so rude, told me not talk loudly as I am hard of hearing, not disabled friendly . It still redecorating and the balcony leaking of water. It doing a fire sale via Expedia . It not a friendly hotel, all they want is your money . The radiator in the bathroom not working. Stereotyping receptionist

Amazing Hotel and service
We had such an amazing time at Diplomat hotel with tasty breakfast and easy access to the beach. Swimming poll was also great.

Perfect but not good parking area.
Says parking but very limited. We do have a massive campervan though so its not thier fault but dont expect your camper to be parked for less that 33 euro per 24 hours in paid parking on the front. Hotel breakfast was absolutely perfect and the staff are super friendly. Right near everything and great restaurants around!

-The front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome -The property had a great lobby with a bar, pool table and grand piano however the bar wasn’t really open or it was staffed by the front desk. Would have been nice to have some entertainment at night -I was sent a link in advance to register, so check in was easy. -The staff working in the breakfast area were very friendly and made our mornings very pleasant -Highly recommend that you contact the property in advance to secure parking especially in the high season not just in the notes to hotel in the link they send you. -Rooms are dated and need of minor repairs/renovations, but we accepted that and read reviews prior to booking… The view of the beach and location far outweighed the smaller rooms. -there was a market store to stock up on snacks and drinks right behind hotel -The pool was ok, we got chairs on all days we went. Go early in the day as the late afternoon sun is blocked by the buildings -They should renovate the pool area and add a jacuzzi tub, we didn’t use the spa services on this trip - AC was working great all hotels we stayed at in Italy seem to regulate them to 19c as tve lowest setting -They hotel had handicap access in the front of the facility, which was pleasing -Overall it was a great place to stay for 5 days

E' inspiegabilmente classificato 4 stelle - la struttura e' datata ; hall e camere richiedono un deciso rinnovamento -impresentabile il bagno con servizi / specchi / interruttori ad altezze errate - doccia che rende il bagno una piscina al primo utilizzo e phon (collegato in modo discutibile) pericolosissimo da utilizzare in generale da ripensare anche i servizi e gli spazi comuni - a rimini allo stesso prezzo si puo' trovare decisamente piu' qualità e eleganza

Hotel fronte mare ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici a 2 passi dalla fermata Lagomaggio del metromare. Pulizia, gentilezza del personale sono un ottimo biglietto da visita ma è la colazione il pezzo forte dell'albergo. Abbondanza nella scelta di dolce, salato e frutta unito alla altissima qualità delle materie prime , lo rendono al top degli alberghi da me visitati in Italia

La struttura è un po darata ai suoi tempi doveva essere un hotel veramente lussuoso, ma le stanze sono comunque pulite e spaziose avevamo la vista mare MERAVIGLIOSA. Colazione intercontinentale veramente ottima e abbondante. Il personale di una gentilezza infinita. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel

Eli von der Rezeption ist super und auch super zuvorkommend!!! Das Frühstück war super und reichhaltig, aber man muss sich selbst das Besteck und die Teller nehmen, was nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus entspricht, noch dazu wäre dies doch kein Problem für`s Personal! Der Pool war beheizt, das war super, wobei er fast schon Whirlpooltemparatur hatte! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und gehören dringend renoviert! Schade finde ich, dass es keine Überdachung bei den Parkplätzen gibt, so wie früher!

Un ottimo hotel questo, camera comoda, se soprattutto all'ultimo piano, con la SPA li vicino. Personale cordiale, che aiuta in caso di difficoltà ed accogliente. Consigliato e da tornarci di sicuro.
