"There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. ..."

"Not in enough promoted hotel. Excellent food (breakfast and a la card). Generally, in Bulgaria people working as waiters are not pleasant and this hotel are not exceptional. Big and clean apartments."

Great mountain resort
"The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. ..."
