"Had to go to different property for breakfast first day. Also pool. Just first day. Room doors need paint. Bathroom needs hooks for towels and bathing suits. Some outlets didn’t work.
All employees were great."
"The rooms seemed a little dated. Our room had a strange smell to it. Rooms are small for 4 people with luggage. Pool was fun. The breakfast and lounge area was really nice! Close to all things fun!"
"The rooms and hotel are beautiful. The staff is friendly and it’s in a great location near alot of attractions. The main pool was closed though and it would have been nice to know through the website or even at checkout. Communication could be better."
"When booking this trip on expedia's website it said this Hotel was a resort it had a restaurant coffee bar nowhere on the website did it say the restaurant was going to be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays when we were going to be there.
We had planned just to stay there and eat dinner at this restaurant it was closed forcing us to change our plans
Maintenance member who came to our room had a very rude and obnoxious attitude gave us a bad glare came in did what he had to do and he left in a hurry like we were messing up his day.
Never again never again never again never again will we stay at this particular want to be Hotel. Matter of fact I wish I could get a refund for this whole trip"
