The hotel is obviously under going renovations. The first 2 floors appeared to be closed to guests as there was a large amount of carpet and flooring removed. The sounds of construction were apparent throughout the days, which made working a little difficult. In my room specifically, there were several areas where the wall covering was peeling away, there was a broken outlet and switch, and the tub was damaged. Hopefully the renovations and improvements will fix these cosmetic issues.

The employees were very polite and helpful but the alarm was going off when I was checking in which made it difficult to hear. The fireman had to come and they finally got it off. The property was undergoing a lot of construction. We left a day early but couldnt get checked out or a refund for the second day because I booked through a 3rd party.

Everything seemed old, outdated and used. Phone in room didn’t work so I had to go to the front desk to ask for items not in the room. They didn’t have extra blankets for the pullout bed. Thankfully we had extra in the car. Asking for shampoo, since all they provided in the room was conditioner, seemed like it was asking for too much. Overall, I wouldn’t stay until it was me and not my family - pass.
