we close our office 8.30pm. He booked and about arrived 9: 15pm. We start work 6am. We work 7 days a week. Our hours are clearly stated. I actually helped by ringing 3 other motels they were full too. He was not the easiest person to help. I was exoecting this! I took no money.

hi yes wifi blow I was off site getting parts.... wifi blew as a result of a power spike cause by a driver have iron on a trailer that was not tried down right. if was not the guest fault so we allowed them to cancel with not charge. as was the fairness thing to do

hi there was a clitch online with expedia which was no ones fault. first time it has happened. I would say 99% if the time no issues. good suggestion about the bin thanks. re noise long weekends are an issue for noise I have removed people before it is a hard one to balance it did not help that I was away for personal reasons as I do step in over issues with noise

thanks the rooms are a good size and we are only 7 minutes to the centre of Richmond so pretty handily to Richmond and mapua
