The bathroom sink drained very very slow. There were insects (several) in the bathroom sink and there was two phones in the room and Neither phone worked. VERY VERY DISPLEASED. Wanted a partial if not full refund and i let the young man working the front desk know.

electrical problems so no heat/AC ventilation. Dead bolt did not lock. we arrived late and were too tired to request another room plus the person at the front desk was barely civil when I checked in. loved that they allowed big dogs- will not be back though

Needed updating, only one elevator in service, narrow halls and room entry, breakfast was below average, key cards continually failed to work in room entries, dirty carpet, entry-exit doors to parking were always unlocked. Will not book another Best Western.

Shuttle driver apparently decided to not come to work, so several groups scrambled to arrange Ubers at 4:30 in the morning. I called ahead of time and asked at check in regarding shuttle service to the airport and everyone said it started at 4:00 and ran every 30 minutes. The guy at the desk at 4:30 was eating pizza and said the driver was on his way and then got in his car and left. Not going back.

This property was a little bit older, but the staff, convenience and kindness were bar none. I travel nonstop for business and few places are as client service centered as this place was they even went out of their way to take me, free of charge, to and from the airport.

The breakfast was excellent. Nathaniel at the front desk was also excellent. The room needed paint and grout redo. The bathtub was in disrepair. The hallway carpet was frayed. The general upkeep was not up to the standards that I expect in a BW Plus.

Hotel was clean, our room was very clean. Beds were super firm, so nice if you like a firm bed. There was only one trash can in the room which was in the bathroom and a small one at that. The breakfast was really good, a ton to choose from. I would stay here again.

Great, attentive , knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast with lots of options. Clean, good condition room. Excellent wifi. Free, timely shuttle to and from airport. Only downer-no desk lamp? Not sure how that happened, but made doing paperwork difficult. Overall great.

My room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. One elevator was out of order and some of the doors, light shades needed updating or repair. It was close to the airport, which was a positive for me.

Hotel is what you expect for an airport Best Western. Room was clean but old. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with several hot items. Shout out to Suzette at the front desk: she was cheerful, friendly, attentive to guest needs and even drove the shuttle van.
