There was nothing to like about this place. It smelled of cig smoke and dirty, my appliances in my room did not work { fridge, tv, safe, blow dryer }, breakfast was horrible, waffle maker had grey spoiled liquid come out, yogurt was expired but frozen, oj had a hint of yellow and all water, shows the pool on the website it sits empty with nasty algae water on the bottom so no pool, parking lot is over grown, someone lives in a camper in the parking lot who watches ppl come and go, someone tried to break into my room { thank God for deadbolt ]. Being a female I would not stay here alone. I was there for work and it was cheaper, next time I'll sleep in my car. Homeless ppl coming and going asking for money. Yea not a safe place for children with the amt of mold. I sent a email to the owners of the quality inn but they just ignore so obviously they know what is going on here. 140$ l pd for a 12 hr stay leaving me to use a shower and sleep on top the covers with the hear cranked because of bed bugs. I stayed only because they refused to refund my money if I left and I couldn't afford that. So my advise, stay away. This place needs to be shut down

This property should be condemned! Back door lock broke, big hole in wall, rooms stunk to old BO, the one bed was not made and looked like it was slept in, on 2 pillow vs 4 shown on website and crunched up like they were slept on, foot prints on bed, dirty sheets on the other made bed, air was on with window open to air out, touched the screen and screen fell out. Appalled!

The main reason I chose the Quality Inn was because is was a hotel that is nationwide and offered an indoor and breakfast. The motel was a franchise I am sure. Said the e desk was 24hr and Everytime I needed something I had to call a phone # posted at the desk. The pool was not in working order and not in use, and there was a very limited breakfast the first day. And no breakfast the second day . Had bagel no toaster, waffle syrup but no waffles the juice machine u had to run several cups through to get the juice flowing, coffee was ice cold, cereal had 2 diff types in same dispenser with only almond milk available. Very disappointed and when I called the # at the desk no one answered or returned my call when I left a msg. The room looked ok when arrived but later realized that the beds were off, one had one mattress on wooden box the other bed was 3 mattresses on the floor. One bed hard and other bed sink to the middle. Went in to take a shower and noticed a quarter size hole inside the shower that could've very well been a peep whole. We stuffed it with tissue. The towels were yellow and dingy.. overall just very disappointed and know why the hotel was empty. If I would've known the pool was closed and really wasn't a free breakfast available I would have chose a different hotel. I thought that quality inn was a good place being known nationwide but I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the misleading advertisement and the whole in shower was weird

Back door can't be locked, dirty towels and wash cloths when we checked in. Breakfast is virtually nonexistent and that which is available, you're concerned if it has expired or not. Beds are terribly uncomfortable and the pillows are barely thicker than a towel. For the price you're paying, cleanliness should be the bare minimum.

After the first night we started itching and after the second night of not getting any sleep from itching we went to another hotel. No one was at the desk and when you called the number that was left there to call nobody answered. Left a message and was never contacted. Walls had wallpaper pealing off and vent grates missing. Continental breakfast area was dirty. I have been at other Quality Inns over the years and never been to one this disappointing.

The pool was not working and wasnt told until i checked in. It was one of the main reason why I booked. The breakfast was slim to nothing had to go and get breakfast somewhere else. Will not recommend to stay there.

This motel is absolutely horrible. It's completely run down and in serious need of basic maintenance and a serious deep cleaning. There were "No Smoking" signs prominently posted throughout the property, (including in the lobby, hallways, stairwells, and in guest rooms); however, clearly smoking is happening everywhere as it reeked of stale cigarette smoke everywhere, including in our room.  Trash cans were overflowing, the carpets were dirty and in need of replacement, the bathroom floor was dirty upon our arrival, the curtains in our room were nasty, and I could go on and on. Worst of all, we witnessed a drug deal happening in the room next door. Do NOT stay here!  bzamzow@thezap.com
