"The staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a full range of options. The hotel's location was on a major shopping street in the center of Rejklavik with numerous restaurants just a short walk. The restaurant had superb food and we had several meals there. We would definitely go back. Having a Starbucks attached to the hotel was a big plus!"

"Great hotel outside the City Centre of Reykjavik. Plenty of parking available right outside the hotel. Impressive interior as you walk into the lobby. Room was a very generous size with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. No air con but not really needed in Iceland even in the summer. Great amenities in the hotel. Very nice place to stay on our last night in Iceland."

"Nice, modern hotel in a great location. Rooms are smallish, but efficient and comfortable. The spa consists of a hot soaking pool and dry sauna, and a fitness area would be a useful improvement, but it was a nice place to relax after a day of touring. Breakfast is excellent, and we were happy to have this as a “home base” for our Reykjavik centered vacation."

"Great communication with the host, the property is clean. The location is walking distance to the main attractions in Reykjavik. Breakfast is brought in the fridge daily and at 8am we get the fresh bread bake from Sanholt! Excellent serbice from the reception.On our first day our power went out when we plugged in our power cord and the reception staff came to the apartment to get it fixed. Thank you - this is greatly appreciated."

"Good and quiet. Not much fresh ventilation but still nice. Shower bathroom smelled just a little bit, it was more an old building smell. Nice and great location, laundry, common spaces are great with some games as well. Worked perfect"

"The hotel is ok, location is a bit off the beaten path probably an additional ten minute walk from the centre of things but honestly my problem is the staff. The first few days we were there there was a middle aged women at the desk and you could tell she hated her job she was rude and short with everything that was asked. I wouldn’t stay there again based on her attitude and demeaner, I want someone happy I’m spending my money with them and to help me feel welcome and enjoy my vacation."
