Horrific check-in process. Room was not ready at 11pm due to cleaning so I was told they would text when it was ready and that I could get a $25 credit toward food. I went to go eat and when I tried to use the credit it didn’t work be used I didn’t have a room. At midnight I made my way back to check in and they got me a room but told me there was nothing they could do about food credit as I had already eaten and that they could only add it on there and I could use it for breakfast. I got to my room and it wasn’t even the type I requested ( single king), it had 2 queens. Very disappointing stay.

I had no issues with check in nor the staff at check in. I did how ever have some issues inside lux nightclub, what was supposed to be a fun night to celebrate a friends birthday turned into a horrible night. I was assaulted by another person inside of lux and the securities treated myself and my friends as the culprit. We did in fact let security know of this and they did not care for my safety they put me in even more danger by pushing us one way then another group of securities came and pushed us/screamed at us to go another way. I did notice you guys have a female security but no once was I a female handled by another female. This situation could’ve been handled completely different. The securities are nothing more than securities they stepped out of line this night and I will be looking into taking legal action. One of my girl friends is bruised up pretty bad by 2 security guards and we have proof of all of this. How does one get assaulted and no justice from “security”. So sad.
