2 issues. One of the escalators was broke you to walk all around inside to go to the check in station.2nd going thru Expedia which is a third-party to book my room, I thought I was staying at the main building with casino. When I checked in they said since went thru a 3rd party I Was stay at another building & if I wanted to stay at the main building I had to pay an extra $21 per day. So it cost me another $75 to stay at the casino building, unless I missed something in the contract then my bad but if not Expedia need to let their customers no they are reserving the off site building not the main building.

Room wasnt clean upon arrival. Check is was unstaffed at 830pm on a wed. On a fairly large property. 4 of 6 elevators not working in North tower last night. Quite the wait line. They're painting the halls in places which was needed but i dont think we will go back. Staff was kind and friendly but Im not sure mgmt is up to parr...

The casino/ hotel itself was ok. We like being close to the river. Our couch was dirty in our suite (crumbs on it). There's not really anything to do in the immediate area. Limited restaurants, no activities, or shows to see. Reno isn't a great place to visit anymore.

The person who checked me in was just wonderful, but the evening manager was not helpful. I had an emergency and had to leave early and she wouldn’t work with me Expedia in the other hand was EXCEPTIONALLY amazing. They took the time to help me and to follow through with my booking. It is long walk to the sky tower. Which is fine but 3 sets of stairs with no ramp. I would not recommend for anyone who has knee or back issue

our 1st room was filthy. front desk was rude when we told her about the dirty room. tried to move to another room & was unable to get in due to the card reader was not working. 2 more trips back to the front desk and over 2 hours later we were finally given a room that was clean.

Everything is so old and run down.It's just terrible not the way it used to be. Caesar's bought the three casinos. El dorado, circus Circus, silver Legacy. Really bad management

Was not told that when checking in you have to use stairs to get over to the skyway tower. Escalators were down. This was a great inconvenience for somebody who has dislocated knees and having to walk up steps also saw many guests complaining because they had to use stairs and we’re not told. This is something that should be mentioned to all guest whether they are young or old.

Awesome stay if you come with kids. Plenty of restaurants, walking distance to other locations within the area. Arcade, fun games etc! Request to stay in the main tower if you have children.

This property, just like it's sister in las Vegas. Always has maintenance issues and seems to invites the loudest guests in the area. Pay the extra couple bucks and stay somewhere else.

My room and bathroom weren't very clean. There was a stain on the window blind that was disgusting. The toilet paper holder was broken which was a weird annoyance. There were people walking up and down the hall talking loudly all night and there was a DOG across the hall that barked non stop! I also felt like the whole place was dated and dirty. I would never stay here again. They nickel and dime you to death with extra hotel taxes and fees in addition to your nightly fee. And....the parking terrace was dirty and disgusting too. It smelled like trash and marijuana.

It was our first time here and we thought it would be a good experience for us and our autistic child. We were bummed to find out there's no pool there. We were tokd we could use the other casinos pool for a per person fee. We could have just booked there if we had to go to that facility to use the pool. We went to the arcade and it stunk like cigarettes. How do think kids and babies can be around that stench?? The rooms didnt even have a microwave or a small fridge for us parents that are breastfeeding/pumping to keep our pumped milk stored. Maybe i thought circus circus was tailored to families but i was wrong. Good to know so next time we dont drive 5 hours and just book a hotel with a pool in the vecinity of where we live

The price was good. I used the kiosk to check in which was fast. The only down side was I booked a king bed and got two queens instead. The room was clean and nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

There is a large gap between hotel and it's employees. The customer service varied. I couldn't get a straight answer on the circus timings and this is why I chose this vacation for my family. And the worst part was the vallet. I was told to park my car so the other cars could get moved. Obviously understaffed! After parking another employee drove up in "the row" truck and started yelling at me. Shouting to move my car or it would get towed. He called me difficult and kept shouting move my car! Trip ruined as far as I'm concerned.

Good: Decent water pressure and towels. Nice bed and pillows. Free parking. Bad: Dated and run down decor- peeling wallpaper, stained and frayed carpeting, cracked tiles. Confusing parking garages, lack of signage makes for frustration and exhaustion. Ugly: Exterior has typical urban issues particularly unhomed individuals. Worst of all was the incredible noise levels on our floor, the lack of response by security even after 4 calls over 2 hours the last at 1am. When we asked for a different room we were told to go online and book another one and pay for it. Security explained that they were seriously understaffed and noise complaints were not a priority. Not sure what that says about the safety of the property. Bottom line: Overpriced, grungy hotel lacking in customer service of any kind, but at least their are clowns.

Everything was closed during the day. The price gouging was in full Force. Four dollars for a bottle of coke at the gift shop. If I wanted to play video games I could have stayed home. Table play had excessive minimum bets. The whole casino was filled with stupid video games. Not much different than the children's arcad, just cost more.
