"Very convenient for locality’s, some of facilities tired need upgrade, lift poor, rooms very cramped in for twin room (was only a single really. Windows no catch to air room, open to all either shut or open! Breakfast selection was very limited no fresh fruit (toaster) coffee, fruit juice ok"

"The Bastion Hotel was excellent for the most part. Bed was a little too soft for me but it was ok. The bathroom is extremely small for a man my size. The internet was not very strong and I had often had trouble getting a strong signal while in my room and in the restaurant. The restaurant service was not very good. They rarely came to my table to check on me but the food was pretty good overall."

"From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly The boy on reception was very good ftom the booking in to information that we needed. First evening we ate in the restaurant, all the staff were excellent, the food was very good, and i would say reasonably priced. Following morning we went for breakfast, the buffet was plentiful with good choices. We had to wait a moment for a table but the ladies soon had one emptied and cleaned. Definitely look to visit in the future. "
