My French was not the best, but the staff was very understanding and worked with me to answer all my questions. It can be easy to get lost in the city since the location is inside a building complex, but you’ll figure it out soon.

We stayed for one night before heading to the airport. Just my daughter and I. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good size. Kitchenette is purposeful but very small so don’t bank on ot to cook a gourmet meal! The location is beautiful and access to everything is easy.

Good location, nice building. Reims is a very nice city. It was a pity that the breakfast on offer was so expensive; although it did mean that we discovered one of the lovely bakeries in the town!

A five days stay before christmas
Ideally located to be in the heart of Reims. The studio for 2 persons is very small but you have everything you need if you don't want to eat outside. It was clean, not spotless but clean.

The room was not very well maintained. The toilet paper dispenser had been ripped off the wall at some point and had been left on the shelf of the sink. The air conditioning didn’t function so we had to open the windows to let cold night air in.

It was a clean hotel, and well located but difficult to find. It needs a better sign outside as the entrance is located in an inside courtyard. Also, I did not expect to have to climb stairs to go to bed and have to descend at night to go to the bathroom;the photo on the advertisement is misleading. Parking is not available but there is a public parking quite near for only 4 euros the 24 hours.

Convenient to Reims center, cathedral. Nice kitchenette, on site pizza room service. Couldn’t connect HDMI to TV to stream content.

The studio is very tiny and nothing like the pictures. Location is not easy to find. It's more like a hostel !
